Location! Beautiful spot.
The pools were dirty. I found a bandage on the lazy river. I tried all of them and corners were dirty.

The view and the location were perfect. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.
The toilet in my room was bad, The toilet seat was crooked and made it hard to use the restroom where we had to sit on the toilet on the side due to the seat being placed incorrectly. Also our remote did not work so we had used our cellphones to connect to YouTube to watch TV.

The room was nice and clean. They have a lot to offer inside the hotel, such as restaurants, bars, arcade, and pools. The bed was comfortable and clean. The blankets were the fluffy comfy ones, not the stale, flat, itchy ones.
I did not like how the restaurant bartender was extremely rude. She was curt and overall unpleasant. She seemed very ready to end her shift. Our order was also wrong, and we didn't realize until we had already gotten back to our room.

Location was good. Parking was fine, but lots of roped off sections made it confusing. Deck is tough with a larger vehicle.
Provided only a handful of beach chairs that you had to get early, before 7:30. Many smugglers took them up to their room at night. Staff were not willing or able to help. They charged resort fee so the price will be higher than you think. The internet at least on floor 4 is unusable. Seemed like a lot of condo sales in the large room each morning.

Hotel the bathroom was dirty, towels had hair on them. Dog from next door was barking at 3:30 am letting it on the balcony to go potty. Very disgusting
