Staff was very helpful, friendly. Room was very clean. Great beach access. Maids were very nice. Pools clean. Nice pet area where you can let them off leash. Nice music playing in lobby with comfortable furniture. Great ice machine near our room also!
Drains in tub and sink were super slow. Water was never cold. Only warm or hot. Did not receive a pet welcoming bag, as my daughter did with her 2 dogs. I got nothing. Did not get my cleaning deposit returned, and we left the room very clean. Room was very far from both elevators. Hated being pestered by the concierge for the time share stuff. Been there done that, Wasted hours of valuable vacation time last time. Also lights too bright at night around the pool area. Several guests I heard saying that as well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were a lot of areas where you could relax and enjoy reading a book or just taking in the beach scenery.
I thought the snacks were extremely high. I was truly disappointed that I had to move my room due to a flood upstairs and it was leaking through to the bathroom ceiling and the entry ceiling. There was mold in the room on the ceiling and wall. I was disappointed that I had to move at 1:00am in the morning. I was disappointed for my inconvenience the hotel did not offer me a compensation for the inconvenience I had to face at their hotel. The only thing I got was a sorry and comeback again. I saw nothing so special about this resort in my opinion that would make me want to go back. The food in the restaurant cost me $30 for a burger and fries and the food was mediocre no seasoning on the burger, no mayo, no ket/mustard on burger just plain and expensive.
