Location: directly on the beach with easy beach access. Bed and linens: very comfortable. Front desk staff: accomodating.
The entire place seems to be a giant front for selling time shares. No breakfast for guests unless you agree to a timeshare presentation. No place at all to sit indoors and enjoy looking at the sea (on cold days like the ones we had). If you don't have an ocean view room, you have nowhere to look at the ocean at all. All the space on the main floor is reserved for timeshare presentations. Presentations promised to be 90 minutes ... mine took literally three hours. With LOTS of pressure to buy.

I loved everything especially the room being clean and the smell of the room was good didn't have to light candles. Loved that everywhere we went had to use the room key made us feel very safe.
The hot water in the shower and the jacuzzi took forever to get hot other than that it was the best stay at Myrtle Beach we have ever had

It was clean. Desk staff was likable
Having to listen to other staff’s trying to book me for a time to listen to a 90 minute timeshare promo. In order to get my parking pass! The beds were like sleeping on a tombstone! The bathroom sink had nowhere to put anything ie my brush, makeup, hairdryer…nothing! Could not get the TV to come on until we got maintenance to come. There were no chairs in the room. Only had a small stool. There was nothing to hold onto to get in or out of the shower and nothing to hold while in the shower (and we are over 70)! We had to pay a 50.00 security deposit when we checked in. We will never stay there again!

I had a wonderful time I stayed because we got married Christmas Eve and it was a very nice visit. Couldn’t stay long because we had to get back to work.

Great location, the bed was comfy. The shower pressure was not good but overall a good stay. Mae was awesome. It was another young lady that was working with her that day she was also awesome
