The staff was very friendly. They were very good about replacing towels and making sure we had the things we needed. The location is good as well we were in walking distance to restaurants.
There were roaches in the hotel room. The toilet didn't flush, sink was very slow draining, and the shower knobs fall off. The hotel use to be amazing but the upkeep is just not good.

I love everything about this property. The woman who runs it is the nicest lady ever, and I love the new curtains, decorations, and I can tell the amount of work that’s been put in since my last stay. Truly amazing hospitality.
There is nothing not to love about the Vancouver.
