I liked being able to be near the beach and that breakfast was served in the a.m.
I did not like finding a used coffee cup full of cigarette butts on the balcony the night. I arrived and someone's hair on the floor of the balcony, I have pictures of both. I also did not like that when I gave a cash deposit of $100. I was told it would be refunded in a couple of weeks and I still have not received that. I don't understand because at other hotels when I give them cash deposit when I check out they go they check the room and they give me my money back. So I'm still wondering where my $100 is. I also brought the cup with the cigarette butts from the balcony down to the front desk so they could dispose of it

I like that it was clean, had breakfast so you didn’t have to go anywhere else, you have a wrist band instead of key, and it was a good location
I didn’t like that the Oceanview was sideways so keep that in mind. I was in room 260 right by the pool, it was spring break so very loud & pool close at 11pm but people was out there at 2am. I tried to change my room but wasn’t able to & see her checking people in hours later. The room door was very hard to open.

The breakfast was good and the bang bang shrimp tacos was very good.
The refrigerator could’ve been in a better location in the room and it didn’t stay cold enough.

The beds were very comfy. The location was great and the room was clean. Appliances were in good condition. The private balcony was a nice feature. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome and a great value. Pools, grounds and common areas were well maintained.
The fitness room was tiny. My room was not ready until around 4 hours after our check-in time and this was extremely inconvenient.

Beds are very comfortable; Breakfast is really good. is always super clean, they have towels by the pool and are being replace constantly.
I feel that a better taste coffee will make a big difference in my opinion.
