Location, the amenities were great, pool was nice, beds were comfortable.
Smelled great
Had a nice view.
The room was very tight for my family of 4.
I asked to switch to a different room but was told that it wasn't possible.
Shower was very small with no cold running water. Only hot and hotter.
The drain cap kept coming off.
Not as clean as I thought it would be. The bathroom. Had white residue on the counters from a previous guest
Did not have a fridge to at least keep water cold
No places to hang any towels to dry or clothes.
The parking garage was terrible.

The location on the beach was great. Most of the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The smoking on the balconies. The smell was being sucked in through the air conditioner.

very close to the beach. very accommodating to family’s with suites that are equipped with a kitchen and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. very clean
personally the breakfast is very slim, and not the very best

Great location. Breakfast was good. Pool area was nice.
The room was out dated. Bathroom had peeling wallpaper and shower was very old.

Staff and maintenance were professional, location and access to things were very good. Loved the wrist band were great.
The maid service when we did use them only empted the trash, didn't change out used the towels

Liked it being smaller than other resorts. Like not feeling over crowded. Love the staff!!
Did not like that rooms do not have blenders. Do not like that there is no adult ONLY pool/hot tub time. Pool open 9a-11p. I wrote them a suggestion of Adult time only be from 9-11pm daily.
