The staff extremely polite and helpful. Our TV wouldn't work in 1st room, so she immediately moved us. Very helpful in trying to get it to work and when she couldn't- apologized and got us another room

They had dogs in the rooms next to ours and they never shut up night or day call and went to the desk all was said they would call and nobody did anything I love dogs but be respectful of other ppl and keep them quiet or leave them home

Room had minor damage... staff doing breakfast wasn't that nice and pool was filthy with styrofoam cups floating in it along with leaves, cigarette butts, and some other little pieces of particles... just nasty!!

It was close to the beach. One of the desk clerks was nice.
There was hair in the bathtub and on a mattress. They closed breakfast half an hour early. It was noisy; we could hear everything. The blankets were as thin as the sheets. The elevator seemed faulty.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are old, but they're clean and pest free, and the beds were actually very comfortable.
It's a very old building , but it's clean and pest free. Stench of smoking weed EVERY NIGHT. They said they're pet friendly but threw me out when they found out I had cats and charged me ten dollars per day cat, and placed me on a DO NOT RENT list.

I had to drive from STL area 3 or 4 times while my daughter was going to CCU and I was looking at houses to move. I realized on my last stay that the very accommodating man that was always pleasant, pleased to see guests and have a conversation (also remembered everything we talked about and asked questions the next time I was there.) he is the owner. The property has cameras covering every inch of the parking lot and I was always given a room that I could see my truck from the window. The staff are very friendly. Coffee in the rooms and breakfast. Also very cold a/c in the summer. Clean pool, not far from the beach, a lot of food places nearby and pets are allowed.
First room I got the smoke detector was disconnected and the room smelled like cigarettes so they moved me to a different room and then I saw them promptly go reclean and deodorize the other one.
