Place was clean. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast was sad. Only waffles with no spray for the waffle iron. stale cereal and limited other items. Most of these locations have eggs sausage toast and a good selection of fruits and muffins. No Equal for coffee. Ended up going to McDonald’s both days we were there.

Didn't like breakfast cause it only serve waffle and cereal and the coffee was weak but my overall stay was good. The room was clean
The elevator took to long and it stay wet cause the people was in out of pool. Only had 1 entrance. The pool was in the back and it should have a entrance in the back

The facility was very clean and I loved that it was very quiet.
Being on the fifth floor and smelling the strong unappealing smell of marijuana every time you stepped out of the room. When we booked the facility we were unaware that it was located right in the middle of the highway and away from the beach.

We booked from Friday till Monday. I left on Saturday went to another hotel. It was very noisy. A lot of children running back-and-forth door slamming it was just very uncomfortable. I don’t know if there’s people live in there, but i left and went to another hotel
Walk across the street to get some pizza that’s it when I left your hotel. I went to another hotel and took the loss for those days and then I went to the beach and I enjoyed myself, but I wouldn’t have had a good vacation if I would’ve stayed at your facility.

We love firm mattresses and the mattress was very firm and the pillows were very comfortable. The microwave was clean and worked great and the mini fridge was cold and worked great which both was n necessary because we have a toddler that still like warm milk bottles. The A/C in the room was great and very cold and the black out curtains made it great for sleeping. The location was GREAT! So close to sooo many things Walmart market, eggs up grill, gas station, McDonalds the beach so much stuff.
The floors were filthy. Just looking at them you would think they were clean however they were FILTHY! My toddler after the first literal 5 minutes his feet were BLACK AND DIRTY every single time he got up to the bed I had to wipe down his feet or it would track dirt dust and black all over the bed and I mean black not brown not a little dirty full black. My husband and I had to wear shoes in the room the whole time. They only gave us two wash clothes and two towels instead of 3 one for me one for my husband and one for my toddler so one of us would have to use a wet towel to dry with and wash with. They don’t give you fresh towels or wash clothes but every 3 days so you have to ask for more and they never changed the sheets our entire stay. They last morning we were there at 7:30am housekeeping opened the door and walked in on us sleeping without announcing themselves and said “oh sorry I thought you checked out” breakfast is labeled at limited and it very much is very limited. A waffle maker and two cereals, raisin bran and Frosted Flakes. While we were eating breakfast one morning a manager was in the lobby yelling at a staff member carrying on like crazy while everyone sat there watching.
