The location is great to the beach only a short 10min drive.
The shower kept clogging and needing to be drained and the entire bathroom smelled of mold. No sheets in the room for pull out sofa had to go to front desk. No dishwasher soap, and the entire room had a musty smell. Also, they do not take AAA we were told.

The location only
When i arrived at 445 to check in the front desk agent stated that my room type wasnt ready and that they can get me into a queen suite. I explained to her that a SUITE and a BEDROOM are not the same thing. She began to argue back saying it was. To prove her wrong i took the key and went up to the room and shockingly….. it was a suite. I went back downstairs and all of a sudden the room i booked was available. I go up to the room. Leave my stuff for about 30min. Come back and theres a huge puddle of water dripping from the ceiling. I go back downstairs to let the lady know of this and she again tells me my room type isnt ready. I let her know we just drove 4 hours to the hotel, the site says check in is at 4 and now theres no rooms ready? I asked her for some type of compensation for the mishaps and she tells me that she will check dor another room if i can give her 2minutes. By now a line has formed and someone is also checking in. Funny enough this persons room type is the same as mine and their room was ready. I didnt bring this up because again i just drove for 4 hours and im exhausted. Whomever the front deskt agent is that worked on 6/22 between 4-6pm needs to not work there anymore because ir shows clearly that they treat 3rd party bookings like crap.The hotel it self needs help and we will not be back

The breakfast is good and has some really good options.
Normally like this property, have stayed at this particular property before however, this time I was severely disappointed which has now ensured that I will not book there in the future. They placed us in a first floor room knowing that they had a pipe burst/leak. The floors were soaked and had an extremely heavy fragrance smell. They did not offer to move us. The next day the fragrance smell was gone and smelled musty. When I complained again with the night shift I was informed of the water leak and informed we had to wait until the manager came in the next morning. Eventually, after multiple times up to the front desk they agreed to comp us a night however, when the comp came in, it was for approximately $100 less than what the charge was for one nights stay.

The pool area was great along with the basketball court. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was very useful and helpful. Staff was polite and courteous.
There wasn't anything to help my mother walk down those long hallways with her oxygen tank. Extra fees needed to be included in the room description that's was a surprise. Breakfast was mediocre only the waffles was good. Needed more waffles makers cut down on the long lines. The pullout bed mattress was horrible to sleep on.

I stay here a lot. This time the room was not as clean as usual. I was charged 3x for 2 nights. Really not the best experience this time.

Location and the size of our suite! Breakfast was great! The outside pool area was really nice.
I felt like it could have been cleaner.! The lady working the kitchen for breakfast was not friendly at all!!!!!! We also had to keep getting our room key reactivated.
