I like the facility, the breakfast was good, the pool was good
Our room was musty and humid, we weren’t told to put our dirty sheets and towels in the hallways if we needed new ones until the last day, but when we did—they opened the door and threw our dirty sheets and towels back into our room! There’s no room service where they come and do it automatically or collect your trash. Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way also, there were people who were smoking weed a few doors down from us and it stunk up the whole hallway.

The rooms were sufficient and the location was perfect.
The manager is VERY RUDE and HOSTILE! It feels as if she’s mad at everyone. Hospitality is not for her she’s going to be the downfall of the business. She needs a class of customer satisfaction and proper communication.

Close to outlets and lots around to choose to eat
Parking lot was very small and one way in and out so close to the traffic light was dangerous especially if trying to turn left.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the location was near everything that was amazing.
I stayed here 3 nights with 2 rooms at this hotel and we couldn’t get any extra blankets, no extra towels or even trash taken out. The website clearly shows that the rooms are cleaned everyday but the hotel told us that they only clean rooms that are occupied every 3 days. The pool was only available the last day we were there because there was some kind off of issue. The front desk was not polite and any time we asked a question it was a non chalant answer. When asked about the trash in our room we were told to take the trash to the dumpster ourselves. It was not a good experience and the customer service was not up to par.

The price and parking was good
Rooms not cleaned. Stayed 3 days room was not clean. Breakfast was very poor quality. Workout room is small pool small.

Some of the staff were nice. However, the lady that served the breakfast was very rude. A man asked her about there being no orange juice and she simply said it was “out”, but I had been there for 4 days and it was “out” the whole four days. When he asked about putting out more food she stated that breakfast was over at 9:30 and it was not 9:30 yet. Also, the same breakfast was served everyday, not giving much to look forward to. I asked about the pool being open one day and the first day they said it was closed due to maintenance. She said it would be open the next day, so the next day I asked after it stopped raining (it drizzled for about 10 minutes). I was told that the pool was closed because of the rain. After it stopped raining it was not reopened. Therefore, during my whole stay the only thing truly enjoyable was the room. Even though there were many tv channels that did not work and the sheets gave me an allergic reaction.

The owner trespassed me from the property on day 3 of my 7 day stay and refused to refund me the remaining days I booked as well as entering my room while my family was sleeping unauthorized and waking my minor cousin from her sleep and requesting that she leave the property which was ridiculous. I have since reached out to corporate as well as the property

The proximity to the beach and CCU.
The electrical outlet sparked. The bathroom in the room they moved us to was dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was not.

I like where the hotel was located. It was disappointing that I had to use my car to go out because there were no sidewalks.
The room phone was not working and there were no hearing accessible rooms.
