Walls paper thin. Could hear everything our neighbors did.
The property charges $75 per day for incidentals. I feel that’s extremely high and didn’t see any explanation of that before I booked.
no parking garage but they charged $20 per night to park

The accommodations were very comfortable and perfect size for our family and perfectly located near Broadway at the beach.
There were no tubes for the lazy river, and there were children running a muck in it!

The location to shops were great! Activities for children on site
I think furniture needs upgrading & balcony needed to be cleaned because there were spider webs on top porch screen & floor of balcony needed cleaning

All the pools were broken except one. They made you pay $20 extra a day for parking. The room had a dead water bug in the bathroom and body hair in the tub still.

I love the property I been booking here for the last five years but I don’t like how they up the price of my room and also they starting to charge 20 dollars a night for parking is ridiculous like they making up the own prices I don’t think I’m going back there they use to be my favorite hotel my booking price went from 446 to 664 or something like they definitely robbing people
I love the area. It’s nice out there, but I’m just gonna book somewhere else for now.
