Rims were beautiful and spacious
The person that was smoking marijuana nonstop in the room below us. It was absolutely awful. It was morning, noon and night. That is the only negative, but it was pretty bad.

The condo was beautiful and exceptionally clean. One of the remotes in the bedroom wasn't working and the staff working immediately sent someone to come and replace it. All the staff were very nice and friendly. It is a gated community and safe.
We loved everything.

Very nice !
Check out at 10 wasn’t granted another hour at request due to personal reasons. The idea you have to pay for a parking pass for you and guest if you’re having some.

Disappointing
Power was out when we arrived and didn’t get to room until after 9pm, couldn’t get fresh towels because we “had a washer in the room”. Paid for parking per vehicle. Hot tubs were closed, only indoor pool open which was crowded. No breakfast included or restaurant on site.

The location, cleanliness, and amenities .
The walls are very very thin . We could literally hear the guest next door urinating in their bathroom every-time . The toilet in our bathroom made a very loud sound each time it was use it was hard to use it at night and not alert others .
