Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The resort was nice
Our room had bugs pretty bad...mosquitoes and gnats.. even after it was sprayed the second day it was still bad

The property was very nice. Clean. The activities were disappointing. There was a lot fee that were not mentioned. Like 20.00 a day to park your car.

The kids enjoyed the pools and basketball court.
I didn't like we had to pay for parking $90 after paying over $1,300 for 4 day's thinking parking should have been included.

I was disappointed when I was told we had to pay 20 ea. car for parking and we were not able to eat the continental breakfast unless we were owners or were given some type of slip.

We LOVED everything about the property. The 24/7 security presence, the cleanliness throughout the entire property, the endless amenities. We are a big family and the rooms were very accommodating. The kids refused to go to the beach because they'd rather go to the resort pools. We came to explore and ended up getting a much needed reset at the resort villa. Exceptional customer service, good food, and tons to do. The location was perfect for the wrestling tournament we attend each year.
