Just the location
It was outdated, overpriced, dirty - specifically the towels and bedsheets. I would not return unless it was renovated and that’s still a maybe. Nothing like the pictures and felt I definitely overpaid for what the ratings show and recent reviews. I will not recommend or return.

It was a bit away from everything but it ended up being a plus. It was more private, there’s security as well. I’ve never felt more safe with my children than I did this trip. I loved they had so many pools, and the entertainment at the pool area. Our room was great, staff was polite.
Weird location but again it ended up being a positive.

The room was spacious for me & my family. I really love that each balcony door had an extra source of security by having a top lock that’s not easy access for children.
I booked for an ocean front room but was given an ocean view. I didn’t mind because my children still enjoyed the view. The bathrooms were half cleaned. There were strands of long hair left by the previous guest on the walls, in the tub, and around the sink.

I like the location, the amenities and the parking was easy and proximity to the beach

I like that it was right on the beach and u can easy walk to it the in door pool for the kids bc the wind was blowing so hard they had the little stand that had drinks
The room was nasty! it smell like mold the Sheets was dirty the beds did not have any bed skirts so u could see the dirty box springs the room had so much dust on the ceiling and on tops of the curtains there was nothing but hair and stand on the floor and furniture the bathroom was nasty ass well with hair in the tub and the toilet and mold in the shower smh the kitchen area was nasty no one came and clean the room I had to go to the front desk for sheets and towels and I also asked for a broom the staff was not friendly and the front desk was always annoyed when asked for any thing the air machine was nasty and of the looks of it it was not or had been clean in years and i asked for other room but she lie and said all of the rooms was booked but its was rooms open and was update our room was old and run down

I love that it was right on the beach and rooms come with everything you need. It feels like home away from home.
Stained furniture should be replaced. Housekeeping came around at 9 banging very hard to see if I was out the room. I understand the urgency to get in the rooms to clean, but guests shouldn’t fell rushed for time they payed for.
