The check in process was not good check in was suppose to be 4pm we couldn't check in til 530 pm and it was long lines to check in

3rd time there pools/hot tub and I like a high view
Was stuck twice in elevator, not a fan. I know it’s busy but not sure what to do about that.

The view was nice
The moment we walked to the door, you could smell dog pee in front of it. When I confronted the front desk, she said well you know we allow service animals ( if that's the case, clean it better). The room smelled overall bad, kind of like moldy. The Murphy bed is in need of replacement; the mattress was not clean. Can't say anything better about the floor. My 10-year-old, without thinking took his shoes off and started walking barefoot, and within an hour his feet were so dirty like he had walked outside.

The hotel looks very dated. My room had several issues: the table missed one leg, the sink was clogged, the closet door does not close, the bed pillows smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke, and while the hotel has a no smoking policy, people openly smoke pot and cigarettes on their balconies. One other thing; the showers are for miniature people only. For an adult, almost 6 ft, you have to go through your knees to get your hair washed.
