Easy access to the beach
Upon arrival cones set up where you couldn’t park to check in. Front desk was not helpful and told me room was not ready but they put a rush on getting it cleaned and an hour later still not ready. Booked ocean front room but the bushes and trees in the way on the first floor. Was told since I booked last I had to take that room even tho better views were available. Got email about what time I was checking out while out on beach yet housekeeping was lurking outside the door and had already went to the room to see if we left yet at 9:30 am. Woke up to a huge roach in the bathroom the last night there

Wonderful
The location was perfect. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was nicely maintained. Overall, a great place to stay. The best shower of any hotel I have ever stayed!

The location and room was great
It took forever to get in our room. At 1 pm we we told they were working on our room wasn't read. Did NOT GET IN TILL 540PM and check in was 4????

We liked the location. We liked the restaurant located in the hotel. The room just wasn’t the value of what we paid. Very disappointed with the price and the view and also the size.
We loved our room that we stayed in the first night but this particular room that we had on our second night was far too much in price for the value of the room. The view wasn’t that good. The room was small and it just shouldn’t have cost as much as it did. The room we had the first night at the Shelby was worth the price and was only $50 more than this room we had last night.

The elevator was the only downside-you had to wait 5-10 minutes every time. To make matters worse, it was out of service when we were leaving, so we had to carry everything down the stairs with our 1-year-old baby.

Not much to say. I guess the room was pretry clean. There was a front desk lady i think her name starts with the S. She tried to help as much as possible
First, i got there. Person guiding my car does not know how to. I knew i was getting to close to the curb but he kept on saying to proceed. I ran onto the edge of the curb and draghed my rim. My rim got damaged. I took a picture.
It took about 40 minutes to sign in as well. They gave us oir key to the room bit didnt tell me how to get there.
I was searching for a hotrl that provided breakfast for the whole family. I had my two kids amd wife
And they only gave me a coupon for two people for each day ibwas there. I wouldve known that i would defintely gone somwhere else.
Also, there was no way to speed dial the front desk on their phone and whem i called tje hotel phone number it was busy all the time.
Thwre is no laundry room in the hotel either so id you wamt to go wash your clothe. It is gonna have to be somewhere else.

Pretty property, seemed older but lots of newer renovations. Pool area, outside, inside lobby was beautiful. The staff at front desk, the man holding and opening the door were all wonderful.
The restaurant was great too.

The room was always very clean. The hallways in the elevator were also kept clean.
The lack of parking made for a very stressful stay at this hotel. I didn't like coming home in the evening and not having a place to park. Also the concept of when they clean the rum and bring the towels was vey confusing because it was not done daily

Location nice and pets friendly
An hour before my arrival, there was a problem with my suite so they gave me a regular room they have one elevator and the door closes on it fast in which you are constantly having to shuffle around because they are cleaning services carts and trash constantly in it there are garbage bags and other bags constantly through the halls ain’t very relaxing It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever been far from the best I wanted to switch hotels by day two we was there for four days and I couldn’t wait to get out
