Location of the resort was nice. The poolside bar is also a plus
Our room had roaches BAD. They were all throughout the resort but being in the room is another thing. We all have bites up and down our bodies. They claimed to have poolside karaoke but did not host it the entire week which was disappointing. The pool was also closed during random times. The housekeeping staff would randomly come into the room with no notice and just open the door and come in without knocking. It also took multiple texts and also searching the resort for a housekeeping member to get more toilet paper and towels.

Location, room size, kitchen was clean, excellent ocean view, front staff was extremely nice.
check-in process was very confusing, one of the tv didn't work, sand was in the bed, bed mattress in one of the bed rooms appeared to be old,

Everything was good!!
The rug and couch was old and dirty. We had to put sheets over the couch just incase someone needed to sit but everyone used the dining table and bar chairs.
There was no kurig coffee maker so we weren’t able to make our coffee.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy check in and out. Loved being on the 19th floor. Ocean view is phenomenal.

Location was nice. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Access to the beach was closer than some other resorts. Tiki bar was great and the staff was nice. Our room was well maintained and clean.
The lazy river was anything but lazy. It moved pretty fast so we tried it once and that was it.

The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly.
Parking was convenient, and the pool facilities were satisfying.
The size of the accommodation was just right, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
It has really great view.
It seemed like the air conditioning unit was located inside the room, and the noise from it was very loud.
For some reason, there were times when hot water was not available.
Although diving was prohibited at the pool, many children were diving, which looked quite dangerous.
The two-room unit had a smaller room facing the hallway with a window, so noises from outside the door were easily heard.
Also, perhaps because it is a beachfront resort, there was quite a bit of sand left on the floor in the room.
