Only thing I like at this hotel with the tiki hut
What I didn’t like about paradise is the fact that roaches was in my hotel. I had to switch to another room. This hotel has changed the light. I’ve been in 2020 and everything was fine. It was a awesome hotel. I went in 2023. Great I was told by property manager that a lot has changed with the hotel but I can see that maybe it’s under new management because you can’t get anyone to really do anything as opposed to when I first went to the hotel I called. housekeeping and I had to keep calling housekeeping they never showed up. I booked the third parties all the time back in 2020 2023 you would get complimentary breakfast passes with your stay now you don’t get complementary when you book the third-party you got to pay for it. I was offered $50 back on my stage of three days when I seen a roach in my room. It’s just a mess that’s nasty so overall I rate the hotel a 2

We actually did not stay at this location because when we got there to check in we were informed our reservation had been moved to one of their sister locations called the Caribbean. The man at the check in desk at Paradise was rude and not friendly at all. The Paradise never emailed me or called me about the change in where we were staying. The Caribbean Resort was absolutely amazing.

Excellent location. Exceptional view. Staff is very responsive.
The property, its looks, appliances and fixtures are dated. Could definitely an upgrade. Two elevators were non functional which added to my dissatisfaction.

Beautiful place, nice views
The security guard working came up to us and was very passive aggressive. He was looking at us crazy and then when we asked “how are you?” He said, “I was fine then I got over it.”

right by the beach
house keeping never cleaned
bought the romance package and had to remind the staff over and over which took them forever to get the wine only which they probably bought bc it took them the whole day to get. the elevators were slow and we were on the 18th floor so we had to go up and down the stairs to the 18th floor even though there were 4 elevators
