Cleanliness of the property and room
Our only complaint was that the shower didn’t have any safety bars. It was a little difficult to wash our feet cause I didn’t have any thing to hold on to. So I just sat on the tub to wash my feet. There was also no where to sit the body wash in the shower. We are seniors so again it was a little bit difficult.

Location
No daily made service as promised. The maid was supposed to give you fresh towels, and take your garbage daily. That did not happen, had to call down to the desk multiple times during our stay. Dishwasher was broken, safe was broken and drawers were busted.

Loved the view it was an amazing location and easy access to the beach with kids.
Beds was very uncomfortable and the least little movement would wake up the whole house because the beds all squeaked bad. And when you have wiggly kiddos it makes for a no sleep night when they are restless.

The room needed Much Upgrading. The sink in the bathroom leaked underneath, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart and the toaster and other appliances were dirty and old.

This is the second time we stay here. The rooms and nice and spacious. We love that there is a tiki bar and exit to the beach. The only thing we didn’t like is we did have a rude cleaning lady. We contacted the property and they sent someone else that was professional.

Unit 709 needs a very good deep clean. The ceiling in the living room were black. The appliances were rusted. Coffee table in the living room broken. Dirt in the slates of the closet doors. Ceiling above the bathroom light looked burnt from the bulbs being to bright.
We could not utilize the balcony due to folks smoking pot.
We had booked for four nights but only stayed 3 due to our allergies.
