Most people staying there were friendly. And the view was amazing.
Our Friday 5 hours there the room was hot because we had no air conditioning and it took forever for maintenance to get out to fix it and we have a toddler and baby that were with us. The next day house keeping never came and we didn’t have any towels or washcloths to shower with. The dishes were dirty in the drawers when we went to use them. The clip board from housekeeping was in our room upon arrival as well.

Check in was easy and staff was very nice. The balcony view was great. The inside/outside pool was great. We really enjoyed the tiki bar.
The carpet needs to be cleaned. The room could use new furniture and mattresses.
