Room wasn't clean. Glass in the floor cut my feet but staff cleaned the room and gave us a discount.

The staff is amazing; I have never met a nicer front desk staff, there's guards checking the pool constantly to make sure everyone is following the rules.
Upcharge for everything, $15 pool wrist bands, $39 one-time nonrefundable fee as deposit, $15 daily parking fee. You don't get new towels, shampoo, trash taken out by staff. you have to do it during your stay. The comforter is the cheapest comforter ever and I don't think it is washed properly because it had a bad smell, I think they need to invest in better comforters and mattresses.

When I arrived at 330 our room. Still was not available ,Check inn was at 4 zi didnt see what arriving 30 mins early to get to our room would hurt I was in hospitality and ran hotels and if my guest checked in early I made sure they were taking care of and was able expedite them to their room after a long travel. It was after 4 bf our room was ready.

It was easy access to the beach .

Our mattress was upside down, we had to flip it over. Our neighbors was smoking pot , smell was so bad we had to keep our balcony door closed on the 1st night. Apparently they checked out Monday or ran out of weed
