The balcony and view.
Room was dirty. Sheets were dirty. Couch and chairs were ripped. The ceilings had black mold on them. TV didnt work in one room. Phone didnt work. Wouldnt give us another room. Staff was rude and the cleaning crew stole food and wine before check out.

Was confusing when we first got there hotel in one place office in another..took the lady forever to check me in..a shower curtain was missing in one of the bathrooms..the code to get into building wasn't explained at check in..the dishwasher didn't work in our condo and we were expected to do the dishes..nowhere was this explained to us until we got there..payed decent amount of money to stay u would think u wouldn't have to do dishes and laundry

Location was great, area was very spacious
They wouldnt give us more towels, which is understandable but there was no room service at all. All the materials we started with was what they gave us for the almost week long stay even though we had a large group. The pools were fun but many of them were very obviously poorly maintained. The hot tubs especially were filthy. There were 3 couches, two of which were stained and looked like they had never been cleaned before. The room smelled like cigarettes the moment we walked in and kept a mix of weed and cogs throughout the whole stay. The sheets they left riled up for the futon had stains on them. We managers to find a broom to try to sweep up after the youngest person on the trip, but we had nothing to pick up anything we swept. It shouldnt be our job to go out and buy a ton of cleaning supplies for a room that we were charged a cleaning fee for.

The view of the ocean was awesome looking out the sliding doors.
The outside pool AND hot tubs were dirty.One hot tub was full of Brown water!
The couch had a broken leg so it sloped downward. This was reported (as soon as we got to the room) to the front desk.Nothing was done.The room needed vacuuming upon our arrival. After day 3 I asked for a vacume ..I cleaned the washer,frig and counters before I did anything

The only thing to love here was the location and the decent balcony.
Room had black mold in it. Also, fire alarms went off in the middle of the night but room alarms didnt work so only a handful of people evacuated the building. If it had been a real fire instead of a prank, many people would have died.
