Well personally I loved my view I had a back and front view I loved how there was 2 different beds with their own separate rooms I loved everything to be honest I might be back next year ?

Like the location and quick refund.
The door was already open when we got too the room. Trash was swept right outside the rooms door. The room smelled like a fish or two. Furniture was hella old.

The ONLY positive about this place was the location right on the beach - THAT IS ALL!
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED - STAY AWAY!!!!!! The facility itself is crumbling, moldy, rundown, foul smelling, dirty, disorganized....it's a disaster! The pool itself is peeling, the hot tub had a green hue to the water, the room was moldy. You are charged a daily cleaning fee BUT they state they do not offer any daily cleaning services! Before I even entered the room the trash cans in the hallways were OVERFLOWING with foul smelling garbage what had attracted flies!! In front of my room door the "cleaners" had left a four foot MOUND of soiled linens and towels (that had to have been there for awhile because the stench from the pile was overwhelming). After only a few minutes in this room I had to leave because of the very obvious mold and foul odor! There were only 2 plates, 1 bowl, 1 KNIFE, and a handful of mismatched spoons and forks. NO paper towels, NO extra trash bags (for the TWO tiny hotel size trash cans), no oven mitts, broken stovetop burners, and a coffee machine that looked like it was made in 2000 and hadn't seen a good clean in ages. There are only MAYBE 5 luggage carts (one of which was broken and had exposed sharp metal on the bars) and during check-in there was over 2 dozen GROUPS all waiting in the same 20 foot space with luggage, coolers, etc waiting to get a cart and get on the VERY SLOW MOVING elevators. You are charged a daily resort fee (which I am assuming is just for use of the pool) but they also do not provide any towels (and you are not allowed to bring the room towles to the pool). The furniture was filthy and there were hairs all over the carpet. Paint peeling in mutiple rooms, lint trap in the dryer FULL of hair and lint, and a practically non-functional "a/c".
Again, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!! This place is OVERPRICED and an utter DUMP! STAY AWAY!!!

Pools and beach were great! Washer and dryer work great, decorated cute. Mattresses were comfortable. Location was great too!
It was so dirty. Sand was in every corner still, neither bathtub drained, right sink is clogged, Stove burners are all crooked, and i mean NOT EVEN CLOSE to Keven it’s sideways. back right burner turns on when you turn on front right burner. One cabinet door is falling off, nearly nothing to cook with meaning no bowls, or anything bigger than a small pot. ONE cookie sheet that had stuff all over it. The dishes were nearly all dirty. There are THREE spoons. It was listed with a pull out couch, it didn’t come with one. i moved the couch thinking i was just an idiot and couldn’t figure out how to open it there was a sock, popcorn, sand and hair under the couch. We had 8 people and only enough beds for 6 people because of this we had to get blow up mattresses. There was something sticky spills in the lobby of the 12th floor. The outdoor light didn’t work. The front room was SO COLD no-one could sleep in there the whole night and it wouldn’t get warmer Without the rest of the apartment getting unbearably hot.

The location on the beach and the ocean view are amazing, the hot tubs and pools were great, love the washer and dryer in the hotel they’re a huge convenience, balcony is also a huge plus

Pool and outdoor facilities were clean and very enjoyable! Staff was great and elevators were fast.
The room was dirty and we had to clean and sanitize when we got there. There were stains on the walls and dirty sheets on the Murphy bed. The cabinets were falling apart and there was hardly any silverware. The microwave was filthy.

I like that the property was beachfront.
The property is old,the furniture was dated and damaged, the carpet in the hallway smelled, the dryer didn’t work, not to mention the television in the bedroom didn’t work.
