I didn't like it there for me was not a good experience ,I booked for 10 people and went 9 ,they gave me 2 rooms with one bead king size and a sofa in each of the rooms the sofa was not comfortable at all ,I tried to speak at the front desk they said I have to contact booking, I contact booking, they said couldn't reach an agreement with the hotel, so I was completely left out with no help ,me and my brother both tried to ask them to give us a different rooms, they did have other options but they refused to help, blaming on booking app, I did pay a good amount of money to hotel, so for a transfer to another room shouldn't have been so hard, also my room was not new it was old everything landry was old machine at the bottom of it was water stain in a metal box the bathroom door broken, stove was old and my kids had to sleep in a sofa for 7 nights their back was hurting, also at this property you don't get any cleaning service sometimes they give you towels sometimes you have to ask, they don't fix anything only taking garbage out sometimes you have to remind them, so I'm not happy at all, I almost forgot the swimming pool was not clean also a lot of times I had to throw out hair and other things.

Easy access to the beach, parking, pool, pool bar, lay out of room, very good elevators, and fitness center,.

The furniture was dated. The floor had a pretty worn and dirty carpet. The door to the room was hard to operate. The sofa was worn and dirty. The room overall needs updating.

Al the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was accommodating to our large group! The breakfast buffet was delicious!

The unloading/loading area is very chaotic when there is a lot of check-ins. The parking lots get full quick.

We loved the location. We loved the amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and it was clean. We were supplied clean towels daily. The staff was friendly. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints were that the shower faucet handle kept falling off while using the shower. The unit was a little warm at night and the air conditioning would not adjust down. The dryer had to be ran at least 3 times to dry one load which was frustrating. We would prefer another unit next time because of the problems mentioned. They are aware of the issues, but it seems to be unaddressed by the owner of the condo. We would love to return to another unit other than 1523!

It was close by the beach

The room was filled with black mold. All the furniture was aged, roach was in the microwave. Chairs had stains on them. The entire room was a disaster then the receptionist asked if it’s OK for the housekeeper to come and clean the room we stated no you cannot clean black mold. After all the headache finally she finds us a room where the bed was broken. Never would I go back to this property.
