I received an undesirable room initially. The two balconies were filthy and the chairs provided ti sit on the balconies were also filthy. Now normally I stay a minimum of three nights but this time I was there for only two so I didn’t want to spend my time arguing. Long story short I received a text asking how everything was going and I asked if I could have some clean chairs. I received a response that the would change my room! Again I think I’m sure I’ll have to explain everything but as soon as I approached the front desk the lady knew what I was there for and handed me keys to view another room to see if it was acceptable. Boy was it I received an upgrade. I didn’t realize I booked a regular two bedroom and not a deluxe two bedroom. Same size just the other one is all updated and you could still smell the fresh paint. My husband and I were ecstatic with the new room.

Space & layout. Beach & view
You should have reports. Doors broke, carpet & chairs dirty & sticky with food in the chairs. Stains on the walls, especially in the bathrooms. Silverware, straws, & food under the beds. Mold on & in lamps & drapes. Wall paper about to fall off the wall. Stove burner didn’t work. A piece of Baseboard missing. Brown streaks on the bed frame cover. Yellow stains on all the mattresses. I spent 7 nights there & slept on the bed, not in it. Fireworks on the beach many nights, in the middle of the night. Parking was terrible. This is not a 5 star hotel. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

I love the spacious room, the ocean view from the balcony, and the kitchen was also very spacious. I loved the upgraded bathtubs, very spacious. I also loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit.
There was no sugar or creamer with the coffee, no dish soap or anything in the kitchen, I saw a roach on the first night, On the website it said there was an indoor pool and it was not closed in.

The room wasn't what we booked as far as what the pictures showed. Only one bathroom which was small. The kitchen we thought we were getting was a mini fridge and a microwave. Could not check in at regular time because no rooms were ready and they were filthy. The ac leaked so much water in the floor you couldn't walk across it and it ruined all our stuff. Staff could care less!

Amenities were great and nothing was overcrowded.
Bathroom was a little dirty when we checked in. Staff did come and clean it after we requested it. Our room had the balcony furthest from the pool and beach. Obviously, someone has to get this one, but stinks it was us.

The location on the beach was great. The pool area was nice, and the bar had good drinks and good food. This was the best part of the hotel.
The hotel flooded twice while we were there, with leaks, so part of our group had to switch hotels last minute due to damage to their room. Switching hotels was difficult as everything is booked in the summer. We had a large group with 12 rooms, so we saw it all. The rooms were clean, but even the updated ones were just okay. Kind of a surface remodel or face lift to the updated rooms. The older rooms have carpeting, which was annoying with all the sand. The showers had issues getting water and water pressure. Some of the stoves didn't work in the bigger units. Overall, if you're not going to hang out in the room and just go to the beach, you're fine; otherwise, it's just an old Myrtle Beach hotel.
