Quiet area, pool was nice, quick access to the beach
Not enough check in information up front so it was confusing upon arrival, kitchen drawers and cabinets could have been cleaned and the floor was a bit dirty. Bedrooms could use curtains.

There was construction work going on from early in the morning until late afternoon. Pool wasn’t safe/closed for swimming. Wasn’t given a heads up or warning about construction.

The whole apartment was clean and amazing. Loved the pool access and the beach was beautiful and not too crowded.
The only bad thing I can think of is there was one couple that must own one of the apartments and really expressed their concern with the fact that there wasn't supposed to be any guests on the property that didn't own one. Kind of made you feel like you were doing something wrong and wasn't supposed to be there.

The price we paid for accommodations was well worth every penny. The hotel wasn't new with new amenities but it was cozy, clean and comfortable.
The 1 thing I can say I didn't like was the fact that the pool was under reconstruction, at the time my family and I visited. But what's the real value a poll when we have the ocean like a few feet away?!

Location is great! Beds were very comfortable. View was super!
Entire condo has slopes in floor and deck feels shaky.
Kitchen has nice upgrades but living room has old couch and chair. TV in living room would not change channels.
Bath vanities are small and shower curtains are cheap and won't slide.
Need at least 1 walk in shower for safety.
Light on ceiling at elevator was not working which made entry at night very unsafe.
Parking is VERY limited.

Set up
As I per stated , Covid is the blame for everything. " The World's Smallest Soap." 2 pieces, enough to was your hand and face only if your careful. Outlet at coffee pot area not working, comode constantly running with lid move part of the way off. Asking for soap early after eating breakfast that morning at check out desk, we called a second time at 6pm or later for soap. We just went out and purchased soap ourselves. Cold breakfast, especially the grits.
