The resort is nice and the pool and beach was fun. I wish there were better dining options with a seating areas for meals with kids.
The facilities could use better cleaning. One of the pools was dirty with what looked like throw up for days and left untouched. The carpets in the hallway are dusty and our apartment felt stuffy and dusty when we arrived.

I loved the friendly staff, the oceanfront view from our room, the size of the suite, the beautiful rooms, and how close it is to everything.

The front desk on the 23rd of August when I checked in the African-American woman on the far left was the rudest person I have ever experienced coming here for 5 years they were not helpful at all the morning staff morning people of check-in for terrible just terrible
Your morning check in staff are very rude the lady on the far right if you were coming in from the door and you turned and you face straight ahead the one on the far right was so rude it was unbelievable you made a comment well it's morning

Loved the resort! Cinzia spa and 21 main on site made the experience most memorable.
The ONLY thing I did not love was the couch in the main room in the villa! It had stains on it and had absolutely no support. But the resort was so nice its not like we were sitting on the couch a ton so it wasnt a big deal.

We always choose the 3 bedroom suite. The amenities are amazing and at night it's just beautiful. There's so much to enjoy from different pools, a tiki bar, a lazy river and hot tubs. Easy access to the beach too.
Beds were a little hard for me but the worst thing was having to leave.
