Good
Great location! Pools are really good.
Our condo definitely needs an update! Couldn’t run fan in bathroom - noise was crazy loud. Furniture was old and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Disappointing
My room was clean
We came into our villa and there was absolutely no silverware even though they had a full kitchen. Both of the TVs didn’t work at all. The only way to keep the fan on at night was by having extremely bright light shining on you all night. The beach was so far away from our villa. It was wild. If you forgot even one thing at your villa, it would take you 20 minutes in total to go back to the villa, grab your things and come back. They gave us a physical key, but they didn’t give us any key card so we couldn’t get into the main towers easily at all. I was actually told by security guard that I wasn’t allowed to go in even though I totally was in the front desk told me that I was allowed to go in. My stay was completely ridiculous.

The Villa's are nice and kept clean. Location is great as well
Check in counter staff didn't seem very friendly. Our Villa outside trash can was over filled from people before us, never addressed. There was a wedding in the event center directly behind our room and the and i could hear and fell the music until 1am.

Wonderful
The villa was nice and had exactly what we needed. This was the first time we stayed in one of the villas. It was just the right size for my wife and I. In the past we have stayed at in the Towers. This was a nice change.
The rugs in the villa were dirty; it wouldn't hurt if they were replaced. Everything else was nice. If we didn't have to walk upstairs to get to the villa would have been great.
