Location
Stayed in the “luxury” flat villas and the entire unit was covered in fruit flys/Gnats as If the trash hadn’t been taking out in weeks (RM102). Stains on sheets, old stained carpet. Dated dirty smelling couch. I would definitely recommend staying in one of the homes instead of the villas.

I got this place for my sons 40th birthday. I have twins. They really loved it we are coming back as a whole family to enjoy this place together.
They liked everything about it. Nothing was wrong the whole time they was there. They said it was a number one place to stay. And would love to come back with family and friends

Good afternoon, my name is Debbie Ross and my family and I stayed at your rental, Oct 10-12 2025. The photos online made the condo look amazing. First I will start off I was very disappointed and my family that I invited as well. The 2nd bedroom to your left coming in the front door had stained mattress cover with blood. We called that night to have more bedding brung. The very back bedroom tub is very disgusting. It is peeling very bad and my family had to put a towel down in the bottom of the tub to cover the stands so they could bathe your children. It’s really looks bad. Then to top it all off we saw a roach crawling up the window. By this time I had had it. There was trash under the beds, like literally old trash. Cups candy wrappers bag of chips. A lot of the furniture is old and when you set down you fell into the bottom or hit a spring. The furniture needs repairs and is peeling. The chaise in the master bedroom you can not sit on because it is broken, the dining room chairs are broken. You have broken lamps. I feel as though we were scammed by photos that do not look anything like what I seen. I am sending this to you to address before I put my experience on all booking sites. All of the issues must be rectified not just for me but for others so that they will not be deceived.

Checking in was not as usual disassociate seemed like she didn't care didn't give me a map for directions had to go back for that had to go back for parking problems two times had just too much going on where I was staying security was called for parking nothing was done had to walk in the rain on the other end of the parking lot it was just too much

House keeping staff left our room door open. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would send maintenance to see if the door wasn’t closing properly and also check cameras to see if anyone entered our room and call me back but never did.

I appreciate the availability on short notice.
The unit needs some TLC. HVAC vents that blow out onto guest were covered in dust. The window blinds were covered in dust.The furniture was outdated and not appealing. The walls were covered in scuff marks and markings. Water damage visible in bathroom. Bed was not comfortable and made noise.

Prime location and grounds were well maintained!
The Villa was filthy!! The carpet was dirty..The couch smelled like mildew..The chairs had stains that looked like blood..The patio furniture was dirty..Horrible experience! I will never recommend this overpriced dump!!

North Beach is always beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious and it has quick access to the beach. Plenty of pools available as well. Great location so it's not a far drive when you go visit attractions and restaurants.
The bed that we slept in this time was not as comfortable as others. I've been here a few times, and all of the rooms have nice mattresses except for this one.

The property was close to a lot of shopping, shows, and other events that we were going to be doing. Also, being right on the beach was amazing and enjoying the view from our room was exceptional!
When we arrived the guest room smelled like stale weed. We tried to use a room deodorizer but it didn’t seem to help. The toilet in the master bathroom kept getting stuck and running. The chain was too long and constantly got stuck under the flange. The mattresses were way too firm.
