Huge resort, easy parking, big room, on the beach. The front office staff upgraded us to a room with sea view, thanks to our Marriott Bonvoy status. Service staff was friendly.

The bathroom was worn out, the door wasn't closing properly, with visible signs of use. The balcony door was stuck. Not what we expected from a 4-star Marriott experience. Not sure I would stay again"

Clean. Close to the beach.

There were a lot of events and because of these events it was crowded & busy with people. Weddings, Gala’s etc. I could hear music from the events from my 12th floor until 10pm. In addition, the shower water was HOT! Even turning it all the way to cold it was still very hot. Be careful.

Property was nicely located and lobby was very nice. AC worked beautifully throughout! Outdoor areas by pool were well kept and nice. Staff was very nice. Loved the shower in bathroom. Food was very good.

The main restaurant needs some updating imo. Ceiling tiles dirty or missing. Our Room had a stale smell maybe from carpet. Outdoor areas by pool were well kept and nicer. Sauna outside jets weren’t functioning properly on one side. Having to pay for chairs at beach was a lil excessive imo. Also no beach service for food and drinks was disappointing.

The property was nice

Reserve a room with partial view of the ocean and balcony but the balcony wasn’t a balcony. It was a slide glass door that opened and you could look out at the ocean and the pool located in the resort. Was hoping that the balcony was a place to sit and relax with my husband.

It was right on the beach, and the pool was beautiful. The restaurant was great. The breakfast buffet was so good, not included but worth the price.

Pools are gorgeous. Welcome drink, nice touch. Staff very friendly and accommodating

A/C in rooms is not overly cold. We turned it down low low and still was just okay.

Wonderful

It was a beautiful place. The pool is such a focal point. The room was very clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was also very pretty.

I don’t mind spending a good bit on my vacations and understand that resorts in popular places are expensive, but the fees and extra charges were extreme. Drinks were 16 to 18 dollars and the basic beers were 10. The food was priced about the same as surrounding restaurants.
