Very Good

The freshly prepared dishes from the omelette station were excellent.

A lot of the items on buffet and even the regular menu tasted bland and seemed like they had been thawed out and microwaved based on the texture.

Property was large and had huge outdoor pools

Our room was not clean. Children fingerprints on the mirrors, tv didn’t work, was offered a room downgrade due to no other rooms being available. Towels had make up stains on them and bedding was also dirty. Had to ask for pillows and blankets due to the dirtiness of the linen.

The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Sadly, the hotel is very tired... the rooms are in need of a major update (broken beds, crooked mirrors and art on the wall). I think the more shocking part was the cleanliness of common areas - there was food waste on the floor of the main staircase and overall just not well kept. Additionally, we valeted our vehicle and when being parked by the staff they hit a curb and damaged a rim and it threw all of our belongings in the backseat around... that is actually how we found out. At first we thought our truck had been broken into by how disheveled the previously organized luggage was, then we checked the outside of the vehicle to find the rim damage. All of the issues mentioned above were immediately brought up to staff and management. We were told that someone would follow up with us regarding the vehicle damage, yet no one has called - it has been 2 months. I think once the hotel goes through a needed renovation it will be a lovely beachfront property. Until then, I would not stay there again.
