Location, pools, rooms were well stocked and clean

Pleasant
Beach access. Multiple pools. Breakfast is offered daily at a reasonable time. Close to entertainment and stores.
The power went out for 3-4 hours during the night due to an accident up the street where a pole was knocked down. It seemed that our hotel was the only one effected. Everyone had to leave their rooms due to a fire alarm going off. We were cleared to go back to our room, but that meant going up multiple flights of stairs in the dark, which does not feel safe.

Staff and breakfast was great. Not sure that could get any better.
Room was dirty with food and trash left from previous guest. Someone pooped in a hot tub one day and the big pool the next. Put a damper on the kids swimming. Yes, I realize that is not the Company's fault. Parking deck was a risky challenge as well.
