Dirty and stinky room the whole time. Breakfast was nothing shot of food served to beggars on a he street. Horrible

Disappointing
I liked the location.
It wasn’t very clean, the pools and lazy river were very small and overcrowded, the breakfast “buffet” was very small and gone 10 mins after they put it out, the elevators take forever to pick you up no matter what floor you’re on.

The ramp going up to park it scrapped the bottom of my car and I had to pay 15 dollars a day for parking

The room was dirty left over trash the Murphy bed was locked so couldn’t be used. Pull out couch bed didn’t have any blankets or sheets on it didn’t have extra blankets or sheets over all the kids and us was not happy and will not be going back to that place

The room was very spacious and the balcony was AMAZING. The staff was friendly, helpful and ACCOMMODATING!!! Cherish your front desk associates because they're awesome!!
There was only one burner on the stove that worked, there was a water bug in my room, there wasn't many outlets. The TV didn't have anyway to plug in our device. The fire alarm went off at 2 AM! The parking deck needs to be WIDER and the breakfast was meh. I do appreciate the fact that they waited until the weekend was over to work on the pool.

Filthy smelled like sewage rooms never got cleaned and had to beg to get anything and clean towels smelled like poop and parking garage was filthy and hard to park your car. Phone didnt work had to requestit be fixed

Location and access to multiple pools
The loudness of the hotel, the pool could have been kept a bit cleaner and the rust and mold on some of the items in the room. Also I had water damage in my room and the ceiling started to crack.
