We had Room service Breakfast and the breakfast there is the best we ever had from any hotel. ????????????
Parking space. We had nowhere to park both nights and ended having to park at the very back on valet parking which had us worried all night because we were driving Slingshots.

I liked the pool. The room we got was nice. Room service was good.
I didn’t like how the staff seemed confused majority of the time. For instance, when I spoke when the front desk representative (Laura) I asked her if it was possible if we could have our delivery sent the room. If it wasn’t possible we would have gone down and got it. But i figured I would ask because why not. I didn’t get to finish my question and she cut me off saying, “we don’t do that, oh wait maybe I ask the bell boys if they can” I said oh wonderful sure we can do that. She then just gave me a monotoned “okay” and hung up. lol it seemed like a lot of the staff were either brand new or poorly trained. I also didn’t like the poolside bar was not open through out the week. That wasn’t told to us before staying. So we would have to go up for the bar which is fine but when we were up there all bartenders expect for Brian and Chris felt like we were an inconvenience to them lol. The bell boys were awesome as well.
When we checked in we didn’t get a “portafolio” explaining the amenities of the hotel or how the buses to take us to the beach or golf course. When I called down, I asked how does bus schedule to the beach work. The front desk told me , “I’m not sure what you’re asking me, because or bus route to the beach only work starting Memorial Day weekend.” After that it’s when they said they would print out a “portfolio” explaining what beach to go too.
Frankly after being told that, it was a bit discouraging to even go to the front.
