Convenience! The property is close to the beach.
Upon arrival at my room it wasn’t cleaned. I had dirty towels, floor wasn’t swept and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. This was very unusual. I always stay here and never had this issue.

The Location, It's A Smooth Atmosphere, The Staff was very friendly and Professional, nice room layout , prices were good
It was hair everywhere on the couch, in the shower, behind the restroom door just wayyyy too much hair. Also breakfast plates were dirty at the buffet. The buffet wasn't worth the price it's literally a free Continental breakfast just not worth $14 at all. Maybe they can put better food out next time.

nothing about the place caught my eye, just the location. It was too cold in my room, and the resort look like it had bugs I had to spray Lysol the whole room when I got there.
I didn't like that the room was not up to date and it needs some major upgrades. outside carpet dirty. the bathroom was the smallest I ever seen at a resort.

We've stayed at grand Cayman several times
The location is wonderful and the room option house our family very comfortably with each having our own rooms.
The ocean view is beautiful.
The only thing I'd say is that we went during a snow storm and their pool heaters couldn't handle the weather so all pools were frozen.

The hotel sounds pretty good. The hallway was really dirty, but the rooms were clean. There was a cockroach in the hallway.

Roaches fruit flies mosquitos in my room. Throw up on a wall that sat there for 3 days and is probably still there.

The staff was friendly
The accommodations were dirty. There were spots on the sheets. Crackers on the floor behind the Murphy bed and the headboard was broken.
