Location and the view were amazing. The staff for the hotel is very pleasant. Live dj at the pool. Bar at the pool. The water slide was nice. The location is amazing 15 to 10 minutes from everything. Did not spend lots of time in the room. It was a pleasant place to lay my head down.

Turn and burn on cleaning. Mildew in shower, use soap left. Dity floors. Dirty air filters. There was so much outside trash from people leaving outside rooms.The elevator broke down. The wait to get an elevator from 11 am. to 4 pm is awful. Staff holding up and guest.The pool was closed due to several reasons throughout the day. None of the light sockets worked in the kitchen. Lost power for a moment. At one point, I got a notice of a fasle warning to evacuate.

Customer service... The front desk wasn't very helpful, When checking in there were 4 people behind desk area and one person checking people in, with a line of people waiting. Also My wife asked for towels at front desk and one lady told my wife she didn't have any back there she would tell housekeeping. Two hours later I went back to desk and a different person went to the little office area and got towels and handed them to me. The main pool was very cloudy and was closed 2x without really letting us know why. We have stayed at this location numerous times and this is the worst experience to date. When it was Long Bay Resort it was hands down our favorite place to stay. I hope y'all can bring Grande Cayman up to the level Long Bay had it at one time.

This is a great stay for families with children since they have pools and the lazy river. I loved the music on Friday and Saturday. The room had a kitchenette which is great for extended stays. I also enjoyed the Starbucks and lobby bar.

It’s time to replace the bedding and towels. They were so dingy and the sheets didn’t feel clean because they were so old. The floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned. I booked an ocean-view room, but they put me in a room with a side-view. If you’re not comfortable driving in parking decks, don’t book this resort. It’s really tight and accidents could easily happen.

room- was upgarded to a 3 bedroom due to not being able to get into orginal room.

1st room was not able to get in due to key reader not working, Ugraded room had a door hanging off its hinges, shower slider was off track, front door latch was lose and screws was half way out, bedroom doors wouldnt stay stay shut, room wasnt cleaned very well had hair in shower drain and all floors needed swept/ vacuumed. Had to wait 30 min on the elevators twice due to staff using them with carts and one of the 4 elevators was out of service.

The room was not completely set up. The pull out couch had dirty spots on sheet. 1pillow. The Murphy bed had blood stains on the sheet. No pillows or blanket. When I talked with manager to get clean sheets he stated he no to give and gave me 2 blankets. I complained to manager this morning and she waved some fees. It I feel this unacceptable accommodations. Would you want your children sleeping on this and we had no choice because there was 8 of us.
