Disappointing

The beach was great.

The room given was not what I viewed on booking. There was no view. The wall was damaged and bedding unclean when we arrived. Room was ground floor with a patched wall and one of the beds was very lumpy. Room service/ cleaning was extremely slow to respond.

The Murphy bed in the wall. The platform needed to be cleaned. The bathroom baseboard was very dirty, the tissue paper holder had to be fixed, the drainage in the bathtub had to be addressed as well. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves there.

The location wasn’t awful

What I didn’t like. The rooms were pretty nasty. Had a dead roach on the porch. The bathroom is tiny. It’s an open outdoor area like a motel. Walk straight outside into the heat. The carpet in the hallways are disgusting. The elevators are HORRIBLE they take forever to come to you. The pool was pretty gross a lot of junk floating around. The parking garage is TINY be good for a small car but a pick up truck barely fit. The parking across the street isn’t bad but a super long walk. Breakfast is super expensive. The turtle bar is only open from 11-5. The one down stairs sucks. The bartender couldn’t care less about the people at the bar. Pretty far away from literally anything. Not within walking distance of any store. And they close the pool at 11, so the gates are only unlocked from 9am-11pm so another time you need to walk allllll the way around the hotel to get to the beach. More than likely won’t be back

I like the location and the access to the beach. The pool area was also nice

I booked an “ocean view” room and the only view I had was of the parking lot and hotel next door. There was also a leak in my room that had the bed and floor soaked. I called the front desk to report it and she told me that she would send maintenance up. No one ever came. I went to the desk the next morning to follow up and the lady informed me that they don’t even have maintenance overnight.

My family really enjoyed the pools and lazy river plus the hot tubs. The rooms was clean and house keeping was amazing. The pools was clean and warm. Right on the ocean was also great for them early morning walks on the beach.

I didn't like that the resort plainly states No smoking resort and every night we tried to set on our balcony all you smell is weed/pot. So nasty smelling we couldn't even enjoy our evenings out on our balcony listening to the ocean. Then when we reported it even sent photos of the people smoking they just say security has been notified but we watched and never seen anyone or anything happen. It was like this the whole time we we was there.
