It was a nice clean room, had plenty of things for the kids to do.

Room was not ready till 6:30 pm The woman waiting on me to check in, started talking to other people that walked up and got the other lady to finish with me. The lady at the restaurant had her head down like she was half asleep but was playing on her phone.

We had a wonderful stay. The resort was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You had everything you needed at your fingertips from the food to the cocktails. I would recommend the Grande Cayman Resort to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

This was my very first time visiting your establishment. I was referred your establishment by a very close acquaintance of mine! The staff was wonderful! Especially Janell! Very friendly and professional! The rooms were immaculate!!! And full of nice accommodations and everything that we needed! Definitely will be coming back probably every other weekend if possible and available rooms. The rates were amazing!!! With no hidden fees! Will definitely be recommending! My weekend off from work and spent there was absolutely amazing!

The only setback was my sister who accommodated the stay with me. Had some very important and costly items missing or removed from our room. Our room had been cleaned before we had fully officially checked out. I extended our stay until 6pm. However housekeeping entered our room while we were out dinning and cleaned our room and the items were missing when we returned.

I liked the room. I liked how I was able to enjoy a ocean view.

I did not enjoy that I had to wait 2+ hrs after check in to get into my room that was already paid for cause I paid when I booked. I had already been on the road most of the day and wanted to rest. Thanks to that delay it made my migraine worse. All I got for it was a $25 voucher. That was not worth it when I had a 4 day stay. Parking was horrible.

Like the location.

The hotel is very much in need of an update. We have stayed here over the years but mostly in the three bedroom condos, which seem to be individually owned. This time we stayed in an ocean front King room. It was terrible! It smelled. The furniture was beat. The beds were not comfortable. And the air conditioning units were clearly full of mold. I complained a lot and the staff was great. They gave me a credit of $100 for the inconvenience of the air-conditioning unit. But I couldn't wait to get out of there.
