Location was excellent! Close to everything. It was ok for the price and the short stay. They were accommodating on a late checkout. Staff was very friendly.
Only one elevator was working during our stay.

The staff was great. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Wanda the morning front desk staff was fantastic very friendly and accommodating.

Mattress was comfortable. Shower pressure great.
Bathroom floor unclean. Placed a towel on the floor to step on. Furniture was worn out. Not enough plugs near the bed. I get that the building is older, so providing multi port outlet extensions would be extremely helpful for people with CPAP and phone chargers.

The receptionist was so helpful. We did not realize pets are not allow beyond the first floor. Wanda (our receptionist) was nothing less than friendly and helpful in correcting our accommodations. Wanda overall I saw was great and welcoming.
Unfortunately with many hotels there are travelers who do not understand American social norms and etiquette. It reflects most in commons areas and dining areas. Unfortunately even some Americans need to be reminded of the "no no's".

I loved the location and atmosphere . It was next door to a pizza restaurant and a barbecue/seafood restaurant. Within walking distance of a shopping center ( Target, Ross, TJMax, Dollar Tree) and the boardwalk. 6-8 minutes from a Walmart. It was not overcrowded, staff was really nice.
We discovered that the linen on the bed was dirty. It had a fresh lipstick print on it and a bunch of crumbs and food that we knew didn't come from us had been covered up with a fitted sheet the morning we had to check out. The swimming pool was gross and had not been cleaned. It had a bunch of hair weave, bugs, leaves and paper in and around the pool. The powdered eggs, and porky tasting sausage were gross. The waffles were okay. Other than that, we were good.

Wanda at thecfront desk is an amazing person. Love her. I have stayed at this location many times. ALWAYS glad to see her.

Location was great.
Hotel could use some updating. Some areas looked tired. One elevator was out of use. There was a lack of outlets near the bed. Had to unplug the clock by the bed in order to plug in my breathing machine.
