The water in the bath tub was stuck after we took shower . One room saw cockroach on bath tub as well.
The breakfast had only muffin and waffle .

The front desk staff and owner failed to provide any assistance for a physical assault that happened to me by one of their patrons.

The room was nice and clean and plenty of room!
The breakfast was terrible, watered down sausage, and bagels ! no eggs, no biscuits and gravy, no waffles, muffins or fruit!

Everything was good , except I was informed that no pets was on the 3rd and 4th floor and to my surprise they were a few, and that’s the reason I requested those floors.

Cost effective
2 separate sets of pillows had a horrible odor even after they were changed. Room smelled of smoke, the area near the elevator on the 2nd floor had a foul odor as well.
