The property itself is nice and very family oriented. Thankfully the manager was very accommodating after the mess Booking.com caused. I will NEVER book thru them AGAIN!
We found a roach in the room. It must have came thru the balcony but thankfully maintenance came and terminated the whole suite.

I got there argued with a staff member about trying to charge resort fees.. went to the nastiest room I ever seen.. went back to the check in and had to pay more money to get another room

The hardwood gray floors were amazing. I appreciated the up-to-date, simple decor very nice balcony view. I was able to see the ocean very clean staff or professional polite I’m excited about going back in two ways.

It was close to everything we needed. Pools were very nice and it included a kids cove.
The sheets were super rough and only 2 small pillows per bed were provided. The carpet had a little bit of a smell.

The carpet was not properly cleaned and had a strong odor. On the first night, our children found four cockroaches in different areas of the property, which caused them to panic. We nearly left the place because of the experience.

Property was very spacious however could use some updating and cleaning . Furniture very out dated and nothing like pictures as advertised …
The staff was very slow I had to call the front desk 3 times for towels and for trash …I called to ask what to do with trash and was advise someone would come get it and that took all day as well ..I called that morning and no came until that evening after calling several times . The man at the front desk with the cane very grumpy and bad attitude . We had a 4 bedroom, 4 couples coming from different places and he mad e a big deal because we needed 4 parking passes …He sarcastically stated 4 parking passes as if that was ridiculous…Breakfast staff very friendly and breakfast was great …

Location was great! DJ was entertaining! Breakfast was ok.
Kitchen looked like it had water damage at base boards. There was a weird smell in the beds. Thinking it was the mattress but couldn't tell where it was coming from.
