I like that that the property was clean right on the beach in spacious
The only thing I didn't like is that we had to clean up. We had to make sure the trash was out the room was pretty clean and put the laundry in the bathroom, which wasn't much but they put a note stating that if the room wasn't pretty much clean, you would have to be charged $75.

Location is prime! Fixtures, furnishings, and paint are new.
The architecture is old: low ceilings, small bathroom, small toilet, mirror hung too low for 6-0 person.

Everything was great. It was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room and it was well stocked for our needs. Literally steps from the beach. Great a/c too!

Great Location and friendly staff. We honestly enjoyed our stay here, even with the negatives I've listed below, but I really want to leave an accurate and truthful review. Would probably stay here again under different circumstances.
Website listed the room as 600 sq ft. This is the main reason I booked this room, but it's probably only 300, if I had to guess. Pool was pretty dirty, so we didn't use it. Elevator was broken, but not a big deal, as we were only on the 3rd floor.

Loved the location. Loved the smaller building. Very quiet and low key. Pool was nice and very clean. Very easy to get replacement towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The ocean front view was great.
We would have loved to have more counter space in the kitchen to prepare some meals. But it wasn't a deal breaker, we would love to stay here again as long as there is availability.

Location! This was the main criteria for my booking - right on the beach.
The description of Jade Tree Cove on Booking.com does not indicate clearly that this is a timeshare resort. I am not saying timeshare is bad, I just think I need to know exactly what I am booking. If you are looking for a timeshare room with full kitchen - this place is excellent! My main criterias were: 1-location on the beach, 2-nice view, 3-comfortable bed, 4-cleanliness.
1 and 4 were met. As for the view - we've got one of the two rooms that have a very tall fence which ruined all the view. I could not enjoy my balcony at all. When I asked to change the room, the staff could not do that, because it's not a hotel, it's a timeshare, all the rooms were occupied by the owners. Honestly, if I knew what view I am getting, I would not book this property. One more difference between the hotel and the timeshare - very limited service hours: 8 to 5, the rest you are on your own. We arrived on Sat, they left for the weekend at 5 pm on Sat till Mon. It means if you found something is missing in your room - you are stuck till Monday! Our room was missing a shower curtain, so taking a shower was a disaster! Pillows were very uncomfortable. I know that hotels care about good bedding these days. But this is a timeshare, not hotel.

The floor was dirty and the pot and pans were very worn. The cooking utensils need to be replaced. All in all, I love this place. Can't beat the view.

We really liked it, the tranquility, the location is perfect, the people in the office were very friendly, it was our first time visiting the beach and the hotel and we really loved it, we will definitely return
We were never able to connect to WiFi, but to be honest it wasn't that important since our phones had internet
