The layout of the Condo and where the property was located
The couch, that was in the living area which I did complain about and the manager replaced it with a brand new one.
The pools were pretty small.
The receptionist never answered phones at night.

Disappointing
Staff was great. We appreciated being able to use the resort bathroom when we went to the beach after we checked out. Layout of the room was fine.
We had asked for no spraying of our room and no air fresheners ahead of time. My wife is allergic to artificial fragrances. However, when we arrived in the room, the smell of fragrance was very strong. We opened the door to the porch and, for a while the door to the room, for things to air out enough, so that my wife could sleep on the couch by the open porch door. There also was a fragrance smell in the elevators.

Location was perfect. Loved that I could park in the parking garage and it felt safe. Pools/lazy river and hot tub were so clean and relaxing. Very close to everything

It was easy access to the beach, it was close to a lot of amenities in stores.
Had some repair issues, couldn't ensure privacy.

The hotel & room were good. Staff was nice.
But the furniture was awful! Well to be honest they were disgusting! We had to put towels on the furniture just so we would feel comfortable using them. We were out in Room #1209 which was the wrong room and that room the furniture should not even be in that room which was even worse than the furniture in our room which was #303.
