The room was very old and not clean. I honestly dont know how people rate this hotel When I saw this hotel the ratings were very good but for me it is 2 stars. The pool was in not a great condition the jacuzzi didnt work. When I turned the A/C there was water drops coming out of it. The kitchen appliances where really old, the bedsheets where with dirty spots. The hotel didnt look like the picture on the website. Hotel like this doesnt cost 3 grad. We were disappointed.

Room was clean and location was perfect. The kids loved the pools and the lazy river. The parking garage made it really easy to unload our stuff and go straight to the room. It was nice to have dishes, a big fridge, a dish washer, and a washer and dryer.
The carpet could have been cleaner but it wasn't too bad.

Location! Pillows! Shower and dishwasher were great and convenient;
The card system for the doors. Using two separate cards on vacation is hard plus they kept failing..shower was plugged but my boyfriend fixed it. Some trash found under the bed from previous guests? Water bottles and wrappers

Having the space to spread out, the view was beautiful, the water was hot, having a washer/dryer was convenient as well.
The balcony needs major floor repair and cleaning. The coating on the cement is coming off, the chairs and little tables needed cleaned before use and the sliding door was dirty and the slider was filthy.
The cafe was super expensive.

The front desk worker was so nice and understanding. The pool area had plenty things for all ages. Easy access able to get to room.
All vacation places need toilets that are a little higher in 1 bathroom for older people. Wish on site restaurant was opened till 5:00 pm.

The wrong address was given then had to drive an additional 30 minutes after being on the road for 10.5 hours, to get to the correct address. The address initially given was one of the newer hotels, the one we were sent to was poorly maintained. The room was dirty, the dust and dirt was visible. The mattress was beat up, the pull out bed had no sheets. The odor of the room smelled like dust and mold. I was so disgusted my shoes nor the shoes of my family members ever came off. We stayed away during the day and used the room mostly at nights.
