The location was great. Lots of pools for all ages. Huge hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool, and regular pool. The staff was friendly. Hotel staff brought plenty of towels. We were a group of 5. I have no complaints.
Room could have been a little more updated. Carpet, not the greatest. Our stove was not working, maintenance arrived in 10 minutes, eyes not plugged in, smh.

I love that was beachfront and I loved they had a kitchen
There was a smell when you walked out the door to the pool at the condo place. Also I felt like the pool needed more chairs. I wish there were bathrooms. You could use without going up to your room at the pool, especially with a lot of kids. Also that the TVs were very outdated smart TVs in the room when you were off the beach.

Right on the beach. Easy Access to the beach. Lazy river and inside pool was under concrete ceilings.
Not enough floats for lazy river. Not enough tables and chairs to sit at by the pool. Our room smelled really bad. Didn’t matter what cleaning supplies we used or sprays. Our air conditioning unit over flooded and the AC did not work. It took maintenance forever to come and fix the unit and even when they found a solution, later on still had problems out of it. Our refrigerator was rusted on the outside and on the inside it leaked water and it stunk!! Our stove only one eye worked!!! The other 3 were broken. The flooring in the “kitchen” where table was had carpet. The living room area had carpet. Our room had carpet. Just yuck. Our tv in the living room would not work. Let’s not forget the toilet. When you sat on it, it moved as if the toilet would fall side ways in the floor. It would barely flush!! The price we paid to stay here was overpriced. The elevator would also not work and people were stuck on it. Including my family. When we checked in I had a rude lady the first time and she was not very helpful. I came back to finish checking in and there was another lady who was more helpful and nicer than her.
We were in room 225 on the 12th floor.
There was so much wrong we just made the best of it. Would not recommend staying here. They should use the money and renovate the property.

Rooms could have been cleaned better, there was black mold in bathroom sink. Told front desk and moved us to another room, the beds were smaller. Also, didn't like not knowing would a $125per day hold on card until you get there, would be nice to know when booking.

The rooms was dirty the hallways was dirty the pools was dirty .. nothing was clean the staff didn’t help with nothing had to call each day for towels and sheets housing keeping was none existent. I had to clean the room my self from the very first day it was gross .. they was 2 condos side by side each having 2 pool and each condo could use each other pools and no one was cleaning nothing the pools was gross bandaids and garbage every where .. there was roaches at night time all in the kitchen area

It is well located with excellent beach access. The room was quiet at night.

The property itself is gorgeous in the rooms. Huge for a good price in the off season
but the security is so trash. A man who was not staying in the hotel that I rejected tried to force himself into the hotel and followed me to my room while I was running and shouting through the hotel, even in the parking garage and all around and nobody helped. I was then outside of the on the last day of my trip wear a drunk man at 10 AM threatened to sexually assault me and I tried to retreat to the hotel and once again no help from anybody not even the police. Keep your guard up in this whole city and don’t expect anybody to help you even if this place does say that they are secure.

The room and the location at the beach.
I was there celebrating my birthday. I walked into a kitchen with water on the floor and sprung my ankle the first night. I called and email the property and no response. I could not celebrate as planned the refrigerator did not start close. I’m assuming that’s where the water came from. We had to use something to make it stay closed.
