The amenities, the beds the room was wonderful.
The pressure to sign up for a timeshare presentation. I politely told them no 3 times. The elevator shook a lot it felt like it would get stuck when going up.

The villa layout was very nice. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
As soon as we entered the villa, we could feel the dust. Had to wipe down the headboard, side tables and bedroom tv stand. All were dusty and we could not imagine how the ceiling fans would be if we turned them on. The living room couch and the drapes in the bedroom and living room felt dusty to the touch.
