Damian (young couple)

Guest Score 8 out of 10
Very Good
Proximity to beach
Beautiful views from breakfast room
Only one small bar of soap on bathroom
Only one pack of coffee for 3 day stay
WiFi next to impossible. We used our cell phone hotspots

Guest Score 4 out of 10
Disappointing
Ocean view
Lack of cleanliness, old furniture, distance to amenities & beach, excessive charge for parking

James (young couple)
stayed in October, 2026
Guest Score 1 out of 10
Very Poor
The outside facility landscaping
The room(502ph) horrible layout, unpleasant smell emitting from the carpet. Dark room decor, dirty, microwave shelving not secured. The front desk canceled our reservation upon request without penalties. We now await Booking.com to do the same. Any assistance with this matter would be highly appreciated.

Very Poor
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Do not stay at the Royal Palms. This place is extremely outdated and for the price paid, we should have better. We were given a room that looked like it was stuck in the 1960's. NEVER AGAIN!!
