The location is great. Lots of amenities.
This property has aged over the years but they have not done a good job with updating the rooms. The tile in the bathroom is broken and there are some nasty areas in the room. The coffee pot was disgusting. The televisions are not smart tvs so we couldn’t watch Netflix. The remotes barely worked. For the price you pay it should be way better than what it is.

The location was perfect. The Royale Palms was very close to the Embassy so the location was very suitable. The shuttle service was top tier! The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. The spa was nice and relaxing.
The heater was not working the first night and it was 40 degrees outside. Maintenance was called the next day and they fixed the problem, but then there was little to no hot water for a shower. The bedding was very thin and the sheets were dingy.

The beach access was pretty good.
The room was nothing like it was advertised. It also had issues with trim boards falling off. Anytime going in an elevator I would have to have my daughter hold her breath because there’s clearly someone smoking he will go substances in them. I can understand how this would work for some families.

The error on my bill. I tried to charge to my room and they said it was declined. I had confirmed with the front desk that I could do this. I had to pay cash. I went back to the front desk. The manager took care of the issue…charged it to my room and gave me my cash back. I really appreciated her for taking care of the matter.

My 2 daughters and I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. We loved the view of the ocean as well.
We loved their was a shuttle to take us places like shopping, offsite dining and even to Walmart.
Only complaint was our room decor. Appear dated.
