The rooms had a crazy humidity. Next day all my clothes were wet and usually a well working AC prevents that.

None it was the worst Hilton I ever stayed in old dirty shower not working sink not working. Just outdated looks good in the pictures. That’s all about it.

Excellent location that is not too busy, but still has easy access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer
Right off the bat, you should understand that this is not a resort, I don't know how they can get away with calling it a resort and charging the additional resort fee, but here we are.
*Mold along the base of the shower and the back of the bathroom door frame
*Peeling paint on the ceiling in several places
*Comically small bathroom
*Thermostat attached to a board that was slapped over the hole of the previous thermostat? I'm not sure, but that's the only thing I could piece together. I wish I had taken pictures of all this and regret not doing so. If anyone from the motel (resort) actually cares, the room was 717
*Rude front desk
In the end, this was a $400/night room that you would be slightly irritated, spending $150/night on.
No, I don't want anything from the Hilton Myrtle Beach "Resort" I will never be returning, and if you've read this far, I would encourage you to continue your search.

The location, access to the other amenities on the Kingston Plantation property (waterpark at Embassy Suites/indoor pool) was nice. Great beach access. Front desk staff/shuttle staff were wonderful and the shuttle around the property and within a 2 mile radius was also a nice touch.
Our room did not get serviced once throughout our stay even though we asked multiple times. The pool staff were generally unhelpful (not harmful though).

Staff was friendly.
Rust was in the shower , curtains were dirty , didn’t realize there was stains on the sheets until checkout day , thermostat was broken , balcony door handle broken , valet took an 1hr , pools dirty

The location was good.
The hotel was dirty (room balcony, elevators, pool deck floor, hot tubs - all of that was dirty). The pool deck floor had tons of green mold everywhere. A simple pressure wash every night would have cleaned that. One of the hot tubs was disgustingly dirty and turned off. The other hot tub that was just ok clean was cold. That’s very disappointing because I paid a lot to be at that Hilton and I was looking forward to use the hot tub but they weren’t available. The paint around the pool border was old and needed to be repainted. Overall, an abandoned hotel, in need of repair and maintenance. It did not look nothing like their photos on their website. Very disappointing and misleading. It should not be called a resort.

The breakfast was good. I was in love with the view. Looking at the ocean as I ate. I ordered an omelette it was delicious.
I didn’t like the fact that in the morning they didn’t go around and clean the pools and hot tubs of all the sand at the bottom. I stood from my balcony and could see all the sand at the bottom. I did see a gentleman came and poured something into the pools out of a bag all around the pool. I’m use to seeing pools and hot tubs being clean early mornings sucking out the sand. One of the hot tubs wasn’t hot the one beside the outside bar. The other was hot but the jets didn’t work and sooo much sand was at the bottom. My room didn’t have a microwave.
