The breakfast buffet was enjoyable. The variety of food items was good. The omelet was very good and the server was attentive and pleasant.
My room door didn't seem very secured as there were gaps between the door and the frame to where the sunlight could be seen from inside the room.
Also, on the day of my arrival, I complained about how dirty the shared microwave was on my floor. I was advised to use the shared microwave on a different floor until a microwave could be brought to my room, as I requested. On the day of my departure (3 days later), the microwave was still dirty. It was totally disgusting! I only checked to see if my initial report of the matter had been addressed - which it hadn't.

The lady who runs the waffle machine seem to be rude and overwhelmed and also the server was not friendly at all and ignored the extra guest that came to our table until she was called out
