Even with a power outage causing disruption to the checkin process, I was given a room with no key (the maintenance gentleman opened the room for me. I returned after midnight, and my keys were waiting for me. Very impressive!
The price was a little high, but considering the effort the staff put into making everyone’s stay exemplary, it was worth the price.

They canceled my stay with no heads up. We showed up to check in at 11pm and they told us they were full and as we were sitting in the lobby waiting to speak with a manager they sent me an email at 11:09pm saying they canceled my room. They had already charged us earlier in the day.
