Clean, wonderful breakfast options
The front desk clerk, IAN. He took a picture of my children/the direction of my children without consent during check in. I didn't notice, but my son 16 year old son told me as we were heading to the elevator. When I asked Ian about it, he claimed he was taking a picture of his work station to send to friends. I felt uncomfortable because we were out of town without my husband and I feared for my safety, as well as, my children's safety. I didn't sleep at all. I used a chair in our room to prevent intruders from entering while we were asleep. I also locked the door. We ended up checking out early, because I was so uncomfortable. I didn't feel as if this matter was taken seriously, so the following morning decided to escalate this matter. I've spoken with two managers on site, as well as, contacted authorities. I am not taking this situation lightly. Ian was giving pervert predator vibes.

Breakfast was way better than most ‘included’ location was wonderful with the right mix of real stores, souvenir shops and tourist attractions.
Would’ve liked a proper coffee maker (k-cups or pot)instead of the weird pod thing.

Breakfast was great. Loved the small waffles. Would have liked a little more variety with the fruit.
I liked it all and especially liked the location over the lagoon. It was central to activity. The broadway Theatre was
terrific and Magaritaville was wonderful.

Disappointing
Location was the best aspect of the hotel.
Shower pressure was awful, the shower head was awful, we had to keep asking for towels, the pillows were awful, all the furniture was sticky, it was loud. There should be signs asking guest and housekeeping to keep it down in the halls. We got woken up every morning around 7 am by two guest who decided to have a boisterous conversation in the hallway. It definitely wasn’t our most pleasant vacation and we ended up leaving a day early.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice. We had a little issue with our TV. They sent someone right to the room within a few minutes and got the problem straight. We are very happy with our stay and we enjoyed it and we will be back.

Breakfast was good. The location is really good. Staff was very nice.
The elevator seemed ancient. They were doing some renovations, but that is good, I guess. It didn't really interfere with our visit. We just stayed one night and enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

Location is the selling point because of proximity to Broadway at the Beach is just a short walk from the lobby
Our room was oddly setup. Table attached to entertainment center with TV and only one chair right smack in the middle of the room?!

Great hotel for what we needed it for which was just a place to rest our heads and the location to activities!
Unfortunately the air conditioner had some mold in the vents and it cause everyone in the room to become stuffy. And sadly we didn’t realize it until we were doing our walk around to make sure we got everything and were about to walk out the door.
