Location was great.
The water in the shower did not heat well at all. The sink faucet water heated better. The beds were terrible!

Check-in was phenomenal. If I needed anything, there was a prompt response. Staff was beyond courteous, professional.
We absolutely enjoyed the breakfast, pools, location, and safety of the hotel.
Definitely 10 out of 10 rating.
Dogs in the area where the breakfast was. I am just not a pet, animal person.

The location and the staff.
The elevator was broke for one day and we had to take the steps. The bathroom smelt mildewy and the odor was so strong that it was hard to be in the bathroom. Housekeeping was friendly, but hard to find they came around every other day. The animals that was in the hotels was not well kept in maintain in an area. They were all through the hotel.

Location was perfect, right there on broadway, the beach wasn’t too far of a drive, close to many fun places. The people at the front desk were so friendly! The breakfast was amazing they had so many options.
The only reason I can’t rate it a perfect 10 is because on the website it says they had one heated indoor pool… & we got it for that reason for just in case weather was chilly… & when we went to try it, the water was chilly… come to find the ROOM the pool is in is heated… not the actual pool water… a little misleading…. :(

Location and breakfast were fantastic!
Pool/ indoor pool was not kept up to safety standards. Pool lights kept coming out of the pool and the indoor pool smells like mold along with the room.

Location was great, skipped the breakfast this time.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as usual. There was black mold around the handle you use to assist you when getting in the shower and also under the soap dish hanging on the wall of the shower. The toilet paper holders are in the wrong place on the sink table. Need to be moved to the middle of the table as they are hard to use attached to the table right next to the toilet. Need more lighting in the bathroom, night light for middle of the night visits. Couldn't leave the regular light on because of the fan blowing when it is turned on.
