The view of ocean, pool was nice
Carpet in room was absolutely filthy. Spots and when I went to wipe up some water I spilled it came up on the towel black!!! Rooms are noisy and can hear everything in the hallway. We will not go back here.

The location was perfect. You can stroll right onto the beach from the pool area. The room was clean and comfortable. When I messaged the hotel to ask for extra towels and blankets the staff was so polite and fast to deliver. The breakfast included in the stay was great! There are so many options and the kids loved the waffle maker. The best part was the ocean view balcony. Morning coffee watching and listening to the ocean never gets old. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. I appreciated seeing security guards walking the halls and parking garage.
The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the parking garage. The spaces seemed a bit tight. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all! You just have to be careful because not everyone pays attention to the direction you should be driving.

The food wasn’t that good. Our crab legs were horrible. The elevators went out when we were there and we were on the 10th floor in the parking is awful plus they were doing some painting and a lot of parking areas were blocked off and they were already limited spaces
