The beach view and checking out.
The bed was uncomfortable and had a noticeable rut on one side. It’s clear that basic maintenance is not being performed in the rooms. The carpet had stains and frayed edges. The bathroom sink and shower operated at roughly ten percent of normal water pressure, and there was missing caulking around the shower valve cover. With water getting behind the valve, this can lead to mildew or mold. Overall, the room was not cleaned sufficiently. In addition, one elevator was out of service, leaving guests to share the remaining one with housekeeping—although I never saw any cleaners on our floor during our four‑day stay.

Location on the beach. But that is now irrelevant since it was not cleaned properly, and we'll never be back.
teh front desk did take ownership of the problems and autorized a full refund. But bhy then our vacation was ruined and we went home.
The carpet in the room had stains all over it, there were crumbs on the stove, but the biggest issue was when we saw a live cockroach next to the bed. This is not the same hotel that we stayed at twice before. New owners are not running it as well.

Paint peeling in bathroom. Table on balcony was in disrepair. Pool was stained or some kind of dirt on the bottom, we didn't swim. There is a hotel next door that had visible drug useres,seriously should have a privacy fence. The Hampton Inn had security.
