We visited this Hotel many times in the past, the room was not great this time, it was kind of cramped for 2 adults and 2 children
The air vents in the room were dirty, there was a noisy clanking from the air vent in the master bathroom, air conditioner condensation line was stopped up according to maintenance causing bedroom carpet to be soaked with water, found 3 roaches in kitchen area

Beachfront, safe parking, kid and pet friendly. Complimentary breakfast and coffee stations. Snack and drink bar by the pool. Very clean.
I did not bring a pet; However, the potty station for the pets looked questionable.

I liked being on the beach. There was a really nice pool area.
The first morning I was not able to walk from the hotel to the beach. I was told I had to walk out of the hotel through the parking garage and out by the side of the hotel. We also only had 3 towels in our room for 4 people. No towels or any other service was provided to our room. I went and got towels from the pool. We had a mildew smell in our room due to some kind of backup in the kitchen sink. There was someone blaring vulgar music at the pool on Sunday. We left on Sunday afternoon. This was a not worth the price I paid.

It was family friendly for sure and pet friendly we had a blast here and definitely will come back
The only thing we had a problem with was the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close

There was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom-- water found was coming into the hallway floor and carpet. Could not get all channels on TV-- staff came to the room--he could not make it work--Iike CNN--could not watch it. In order to get into the room--the staff came up to say--I had to bring the door towards me before I inserted the key. I ordered a meatball sub-- bread was burned-- they wanted me to come back down to pick up another bun--I just discarded the sub--after paying over $700. For a 2 day stay-- they hit me with a $58.00 charge for parking my car-- who does that?
I want my money back!
