It is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and I brought my dog that barked occasionally in the hotel room and I got complaints by the hotel lobby calling me all the time. They wanted me to bring the dog with me to the pool and beach in the 100 degree heat instead of staying cool in the hotel room. If dogs are not allowed to bark occasionally due to the excessive noise in the hotel hallways then do not allow dogs in the hotel period. The rooms were dirty, we found bugs, rust, dust everywhere. My pregnant wife got a rash from the bed she slept in. I asked for a credit/partial refund and the hotel refused. We have to leave the hotel 1 day earlier. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It’s in a bad area of Myrtle beach, the pools all had sand in them because they did not enforce cleaning yourself after you left the beach and entered the pool area.

I enjoyed how close it was to the beach . The property also had a lazy river and 4 pools .
Bathtub had hair in it upon arrival. Breakfast could have been better

Facilities were nice as usual. Bed very comfortable. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony.
Breakfast not quite as appealing as it used to be. The coffee is always a plus though. I definitely did not like having to pay $25 a day for parking. Especially with the rate we paid for the two nights we stayed.

Breakfast passed on ,same thing everyday waffles! I liked the parking garage to get out of site of property next door. Air conditioner worked really well
Property next door housed prostitution and drug dealers where our side view balcony looked over. Management wasn't concerned with vomit in the main outside pool.

The The property was in a good location, The room was nice, very nice view of the beach, love the idea of the seven pools, enjoyed the hot tub. I would return.
The bed was not comfortable for me it felt as if I was sleeping on cardboard and the breakfast time was very crowded, we got our food and went back to the room. Other than that the stay was great!

Staff bit rude( pool area staff closed all doors 10 PM without giving 5 to min grace period. Simply closed all doors and left) and front desk promised to accommodate 2 rooms in safe floor but they didn’t

I didn't eat the breakfast they did not serve what I eat I kinda look for grits eggs to order bacon or sausage homenfries or hash browns so I ate at a restaurant but that was fine everything else was great
Breakfast, oh as for the rooms they did put them together just wrong side of the hotel unfortunately they didn't have any close together in the new location which was fine
