Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and very nice.
Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from.
24/7 coffee, hot tea & hot chocolate was a major plus!
There was absolutely nothing to not like.

I stayed for a week and I only at the breakfast once. It was a nice spread but the choice was limited. I am not saying that it was bad, all I am saying is that the choice of food was something that I would not eat daily. The location is surrounded by plenty of attractions, stores and restaurants. Great location!
What I did not like was the noise that we heard all day and almost all night! It sound as if someone was moving furniture all day and most of the night in the room above use. We did report it towards the end of our stay twice and I reported it again upon our departure but we dealt with the noise but me and my husband came to our own conclusion that it may have been the elevator that was causing that scrapping noise. However, not a bad lace to stay. ?

Location was great! Right across the street from all the shops and restaurants at Broadway at the Beach. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There wasn’t much breakfast available when we went down, although it was 30 minutes before it ended.

I asked the front desk in person for wake up call.
The wake up call was never made, alarm didn’t work and I ended up missing breakfast and bring 4 hrs later for work obligations which elongated my work day on Friday until 11:30 pm when would’ve been back home by 6pm on normal day. It was extremely detrimental in ramifications because of missed arrival times causing cancelations and hardships.
Needless to say, such a small promise carried with it the possibility of horrible consequences.
