We liked the Buffett breakfast every morning

We didn’t like that there was limited parking for SUV’S being that is what we drive. Also our room was very warm in temperature. We called several times on different days and asked someone to come a check it out and also we asked for a portable fan just to help us to make it through the night since it was so warm in the room. Each time we called they said that they was send someone to not only check it out but also that they would bring us a portable fan but no one ever came. After 2 days and no one showing up we went to the local Walmart and purchased a portable fan for our room. Very disappointed!!!!!!

The rooms were clean, plenty of choices for breakfast, chk in staff was nice.

Check in line was longer than a TSA line. Check-in at 4 and Waterpark closed at 4 .. so you are definitely not getting what you paid for unfortunately because then check- out is at 11 so you really don't have much time for anything unless you booked a longer stay.

It was very well outside the room, our room was not the best the washroom was very worn down and there was lots of damaged

I love my connection with Ms. Linda. She took great care and went above to make sure my fear if heights would not ruin my vacation with Embassy. Ms. Linda took, sent me up to see how my view was on my floor before booking me. She paid attention to my fear of heights and made sure I was assigned to a lower level. She made sure my stay was home away from home. I just love her for that. We both are proud Mimi's, ? ❤️.

1. The carpet smelled. 2. The elevator carpeting and mats were filthy. 3. The water hoses outside to rinse off the beach sand was broken from Tuesday until Thursday, but we didn't complain.
