Very Good

I love my connection with Ms. Linda. She took great care and went above to make sure my fear if heights would not ruin my vacation with Embassy. Ms. Linda took, sent me up to see how my view was on my floor before booking me. She paid attention to my fear of heights and made sure I was assigned to a lower level. She made sure my stay was home away from home. I just love her for that. We both are proud Mimi's, ❤️.

1. The carpet smelled. 2. The elevator carpeting and mats were filthy. 3. The water hoses outside to rinse off the beach sand was broken from Tuesday until Thursday, but we didn't complain.

Staff at front desk was rude. The happy hour food was scarce. Nothing to talk about. Mainly pretzel mix. Half the time gone and no clean plates.
