Very clean, and comfortable rooms, beautiful short walk to water parks attached to pool, and the beach all within 100ft of each other. My view from the 17th floor balcony was great, and king bed room with 2 TVs was awesome. I was gifted a free breakfast upon check in. Parking was easy.

My shower drain needed fixing, it was very clogged, I booked the room for 2 nights somehow only got 1 and it’s been the biggest inconvenience and headache trying to figure out, the staff is exactly patient and the hotel is “packed indefinitely” “no availability” on a random Thursday and Friday in the middle of July. I get it, nothing they can do about the reservation count, but this place has 20 floors, 1 night “extension” for a night that I should’ve already had shouldn’t be as hard as it has been.

The resort as a whole is always a treat! The location- prime! Staff- friendly and amazing. Resort property- immaculate. We love it there!

The flow of breakfast could always be better. We visited at a time when there were several family reunions going on so we expected more people and longer wait times but it just seems like with the anticipation of more people, the resort would have a better system in place for a smoother flow at breakfast.

Wonderful

The room was spacious with plenty of closet space. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and beach. The breakfast area was clean and well organized.

The additional parking fee with tax. Our room had one roll of toilet paper and one wash cloth. The floor was not clean and had a blueberry on the floor under the table. there were no napkins or paper towels in the kitchen area. We had to provide our own--not a big deal. But with this being a fantastic Hotel with lots of benefits, why cheapen it with a lack of conviences?
