I loved that we had access to two water parks, the beach, fun games to play outside. I also appreciated the ability to have Starbuck coffee on the property. Every single staff member was helpful and kind. The ability to have the buffet breakfast on property was nice too so we didn't have to leave to go buy breakfast.
The waterparks were gross and I felt gross allowing my kids to swim in them. The slides had a thick layer of scum at the water level. The hot tubs had white buildup from the foam which made it gross to sit against. The main bed in the room was nice, but the pull out for the couch was dirty, and super thin. My kids couldn't sleep on it so we made the couch back up and they slept on it that way.

I like the convenience of everything that was needed for a family vacation and the space was all in one place.
The only problem I had with the property was some of the items like the coffee maker have mole in the inside and the items were could’ve been a little better cleaned if they were just stuck somewhere and the other issue I had was at the captains Café. The waiter rehab was very rude. We waited for a long time for help. She never can’t refill then she was like out of blue. We’re trying to stop a refill come out attitude with us and told her she come back and then went to check on other people ask them if they need a refills I had my aunt who’s a diabetic and needed some more water had issues trying to get that we had asked another young lady for some water for my aunt and then she just came back with the check and just dropped it on the table, which was fine like it was you know it was five people at the table not a very big crowd so we understand that she’s busy, but it just was not an experience that we would probably do again as far as eating there cause even when it was time to pay I had cash. I was letting her know that he had cash. I just need a receipt back. I’m tipping everything was included. She still never came back. Probably waited another 20-30 minutes before she came back to even get that and to get my receipt back.

What I didn’t like was the next door neighbor smoked very stink cigarettes and horrible loud marijuana. We couldn’t sit out to enjoy the balcony and ocean views. The rooms were excellent, clean and rooms roomy. The children enjoyed the water sports fun. However, one think we didn’t have was paper towels in the kitchen and another large pot would be great. I mad spaghetti and there was only one large pot.. I needed another for the noodles. Also a large salad bowl would be nice.
I didn’t like the check in process. I asked for early check in but was told the room was not ready. I was told I would get a call when the room was ready. I got a text. When I had to go to the check in desk after the 4:00 pm check in when I did, the clerk asked if I was checking in. I said, I am checking in to see if my room was ready. I was told, I wasn’t registered. I said. I checked in at the other towel but he said, he didn’t have my name. I asked him to recheck. He did and he found me. For nearly $700.00 a day, I wasn’t going to go away until tgat issue was fixed. Perhaps, more training is needed in that area.

Wonderful
Loved the easy access to the beach and water parks. Family friendly. Everyone was super nice.
The wash/dryer machines on the 3rd floor ruined some of clothing.
They definitely didn't enforce the quiet times. There was kids running in the hall ways after 11pm screaming.
