It was right on the beach and had free parking
No one really monitored the hot tub, little kids in it all the time. And the hall ways were dirty and need painted. For the $--- fee, I expected a free breakfast at least.

Location is nice. Water slides are fun for kids.
We stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping was done. Even for towel change we had to request them and then they replaced it.

Indoor water park was really fun
The room was extremely outdated and everything was rusty. The beds made so much noise and squeaked incessantly that sleeping was difficult. There was no housekeeping service for the five days we stayed - just towel exchange

Great and friendly staff - great amenities - awesome location - good price
The room staff did not clean the room during the stay. Some fixtures like carpets and exposed rusty pipes need upgrades - these are only minor points

I didn't like how after business hours it was 9:00 p.m. and the maintenance guy walked in the room while I was in the shower I had to kick him out the room made me really uncomfortable and was not okay

Beach access was great.
Room was very outdated, carpet is gross, and had a terrible musty smell. Only the outlets on the table between the beds worked. The whole hotel area and parking garage smell of smoke and pot, very agrivating if you have asthma.

I think it's a lovely place! Nice and clean, it seems a tad older but it just makes it more simplistic . The people at the desk where friendly and helpful, the pool and water park area seems nice.
