The air conditioner was great but a little noisy and the bed was comfortable
We had problems with the key to the front door
We had maintenance come every day to open it and the back door twice.

Location and close to dog park
Elevators was horrible couple got stuck on one for 30 min
The commode ran continuously after calling to get them to fix it
And the person below us smoked pot the whole time we couldn't use the backony

I loved the ocean room was clean and pet friendly
Had to evaluate in the night never was told what happened
the TV did not work in other room.When we got there my key would not work had to put something new in it.Went to breakfast ate and had to pay way to much but were told when we checked.in we had the breakfast paid for.

Room and beds were great. View was awesome. Breakfast was excellent and so were the amenities, pier, lazy river, pools
Over billed by almost $500 for a two night stay and still trying to resolve. Didn't receive an email of the charges for our stay.
