Had to ask for clean towels. Also went to breakfast only once. Ordered pancakes it took about 1/2 hr to be served.

$19 per day for parking for my stay $57 they charge this after you check out
$25 for breakfast buffet per person rip off
Beds are hard and uncomfortable
This place is old dated they charge you like it’s a luxury resort we will not be staying here again

The bed and pillows and the view.
Bathroom vanity not in bathroom but next to beds. Staff not interested in helping find options. The toilet broke twice. A long walk in the weather to get to coffee in the lobby.

An older facility pooly maintained. looked very old.
Located at the end of a runway and flight path, a lot of noise early in the morning. not advised of this before booking.

Its location, as well as layout. It’s spread out, and even when its busy, it doesn’t feel cramped. Springmaid Pier is great for fishing or just a late night stroll under the moon light. The restaurants on site are excellent.

Facility, room, beach, entertainment all excellent.
Receptionist during check-in, she no hospitality at all, attempted to double charge for stay, no information as to layout of facility, paid in advance for 3 nights resort fees most all amenities include in paid prices, breakfast include Not noted in system nor informed where and why not annotated later she realize everything was paid for she took no action in explaining Nothing. This trip was scheduled to celebrate my Wife 66th birthday, July 27th. check-in on 25th July out on morning 28th. Hostess at breakfast unprofessional, young man, waited approximate 7 minutes while he talked on phone. No training and no supervision at hostess podium.

The view was amazing. The room was nice and clean.
Room service was called several times to get toilet paper and towels to the room which didnt happen untill the next day and 4 calls later.
