Overall we had a good time, the pool the beach the bar by the pool the dj all of it was great.
The room..it was clean you could smell the bleach from down the hall so we had to open the balcony door for a while. However there were holes in the walls and ceiling, just smelt musty after we got used to the bleach smell. The hotel is just old in general. It’s been there for years it’s Myrtle Beach…yes there’s a few updates here and there but the room needed repairs that could have been done and the beds were hard but that’s normal for hotel beds.

It sits right on the beach and it was nice and quiet. Especially for it to be such a large resort.
Not enough parking spaces. A couple of nights I had to park on the next block. Even though it was still for the properties guests, it was too far to walk at night alone. Also wasn’t really crazy about going on the other side of the parking lot to get the complimentary breakfast (picture included) or the fact that they only served sausage Pattie’s and no bacon. I don’t like sausage. One more thing, I didn’t have a Do Not disturb sign for the door and my first night there I washed my hands and realized the sink was stopped up. I had to go to a function so I had to wait until the next day to report the issue. Housekeeping had to be aware and just didn’t say anything. They did send maintenance up and he fixed it in a timely manner. One last issue is the toilets are way too low. I felt like I was squatting.
