Distance to the beach
The pools were dirty & seriously needed cleaned, there were bugs & dirt floating in them. Cleanest pool was the walk in at the main building ( not our building) lazy river did not work most of our stay & the Hot tubs you could smell body odor! The bottoms of all the pools & hot tubs are nasty & not appealing to eye( they need repainted or scrubbed). Parking was horrific & you have to walk a good 300-500ft to a building across the road to get breakfast while the construction was working on sewage. The cleaning lady did not vacuum as I asked her twice when I seen her outside our room & only put towels on the bathroom counter grabbed the trash & that was our daily cleaning. That toilet paper is the cheapest that I have ever seen EVER! It was worthless to even try to use! What they consider a Suite is tiny & the floors were nasty( could tell the carpet hasn’t been maintained) carpet was sticky & the furniture was so outdated & the walls were skinned up.

The view
Over priced for the quality of the room, the resort is outdated, the musty smell, bugs, floor was sticky, no fire alarm just wires in the wall, bathroom too small. The hallway looked like a crack building from NYC. Pools were dirty.

Staff unbelievably friendly including restaurant personnel. The property is satisfactory( though somewhat dated) but the staff more than made up for. I have traveled to over 20 countries and most of the United States staying mostly in 4 and 5 star hotels but have never received the friendly and professional treatment as I experienced with my stay at your property. Cudos for the entire staff!

Loved the location, the amenities and how family friendly everything is. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always going above and beyond to help us and make sure our stay was good. At the Rose room, Lillie, Brenda, Hager and Chad always helped us get situated and make sure our family had everything we needed. They single handedly made our experience go from great to amazing! So happy we chose this resort.
The bedroom with the extra bedroom was not super wheelchair accessible. Having the entrance have a little ramp instead of a little step would make a difference.
