There was no bar soap holder in shower. The light on the desk was missing the lightbulb. There was no toilet holder in the bathroom. The continental breakfast didn’t have options for people who don’t eat pork or chicken. Should offer turkey bacon or turkey sausage. The front desk staff was never available to answer the telephone when trying to call front desk from room. Closet had no hangers. There was no ice bucket in the room.

This location is a remodel of a very “seedy” hotel and it was very apparent in areas of the hallway, the carpet , ceiling etc.

Uncaring and disingenuous front desk clerk, older lady. Several areas roped off and unable to access, such as pool area. Breakfast nod as advertised. No maintenance person on grounds to address any problems. Such as the tv was inoperative.
