Was very pleased with how close it was to the beach. Wasn't expecting that. Person at the desk made dinner recomendations and they were correct, it was very good. Had a very large refrig for a hotel room. That was really helpful. Loved the set up of the room with a sofa and a table to eat at. Woman at the desk was very nice and helpful.
Didn't know there was a pool until the day we left. Although the place was clean it had a broken drawer which made it look kind of trashy and of course un-usable. No luggage rack and not enough hangers in the closet, Furniture kind of ugly and nothing matched.

Our room was extremely clean, the ladies at the front office were super nice and helpful, and the location was excellent. We were right across the street from the beach.
I didn’t get the option for a room with an oceanfront view. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

Disappointing
The owners/operators were very friendly.
Very old. Not the best area. Gun shots ,near by during the night.Floors in the room were extremely dirty.I doubt they have ever been mopped !!!

Location was absolutely perfect! And the fact that it had 2 full beds AND (although we didn’t have to use it) a pullout couch, which would have been perfect if we had our other kids with us! It was nice having balcony overlooking street to car/people watch in the evening.
Parking lot directly behind hotel was a bit tight getting in and out. Also, the (2) air conditioning units on the balcony blew hot air and was noisy so it wasn’t relaxing sitting out there.

The view was excellence of the beach and my grandkids loved the beach and all the restaurants that we went to. Great value for the money

Loved the location of the property, beach access was across the street. owner/manager was very nice and social able. our room number was #506 with 2 beds and a view of the ocean. pool was very clean, and the loungers were nice to have access to. unlimited hot water
if you're looking for 1,000 count sheets don't book here. mattresses are old, along with everything else in the room. smoking is allowed in the walkways and at the pool.

The front counter staff were very friendly.
The room had several types of bugs in the living area and bathroom. Table top was sticky. Lighting was insufficient. No hairdryer.

Wonderful
Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was very quick to respond when we requested something and asked us if we needed anything whenever he saw us.
Only downside was the a/c did not cool the bedroom very well. Had to set up a fan to push some cold air into the bedroom.

Very clean well equipped kitchen. Staff was very warn and friendly.
Close to airport. In a 6 day stay was shaken by airplanes taking off three times
