It’ a really great location with a public beach access just cross the street. Free parking onsite behind the building. Unit was spacious. Ocean view as promised.
It’s quite outdated and would benefit a lot from at least simple renewal. It was clean, so good for the price, especially given the location. Small things (and cheap ones to fix) should be done: extremely wornout towels, shower curtain, bed sheets - i wouldn’t use them at all. Sofa was extremely outdated and in spots.

The proximity to the beach was nice. Access directly across the street
It’s very old. It could use some major upgrades. I believe the elevator is from the original build which looks to be from the 70’s. I found a few hairs on my bed linen which is never fun, there was sand in the floor, there’s no ironing board or iron, the room smelled like smoke from years past - like it’s stuck in the walls and curtains. The bed is very stiff and the headboard is just kinda there - not actually attached to the frame. The door is a bit tricky to unlock and get the key back out of. The shower pressure wasn’t great, but it worked. It takes about 15 mins to get to where everything is and doesn’t seem like the best part of town.
