David’s landing is an older property but our room was sparkly clean it smelled so fresh we couldn’t find a place to stay everything was booked. We were definitely iffy on the place because the outside wasn’t super super fancy, but our room was extremely clean and the staff was so nice.

Room is good, appliances are new but building is old. Everything was very clean. Parking is good. Access to the beach is very good.
A/C is noisy and only covers the room. Bedroom remains hot despite the A/C turned on. Shower is low if you are 5'9" or higher.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I have absolutely loved it both times! The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Also, the short walk to the beach is a huge plus!

The property is completely updated from the pictures online, the room was exceptionally clean, and we loved the little kitchenette area.
The beach was literally right across the street which made it so easy with young children.
