The bed was not in good condition, the pictures on the app does not show what’s in the rooms. All the rooms are not in good conditioning when you look on your app it’s very appealing but when you get to the hotel is very disappointing.
I would like to receive some of my refund back because I never received my cups or my food vouchers

I like having indoor and outdoor pools. The tiki bar, game room and restaurant inside the hotel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.
I did not like that they only had a door for where the toliet and shower was and they could have had another door to close off the kitchen area.

Lots to do. Very kid friendly!
Rooms are small and crowded. People tie towels to pool chairs for multiple days in a room so others can’t use them. One row of 5 towels were there for 3 days in a row and only on one occasion did someone actually sit there. Need more chairs or rules so people can’t do that.
