The water slides were fun, the view of the beach was nice, the kids enjoyed the lazy river. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
The hour and a half wait to check in, the 2 hour wait for food at the grill and everything was sticky. The rooms were very humid... Yes, the unit was on, yes the ac was on, yes we ran the dehumidification feature as well. Also... If better directions were given that would have made finding our room a lot easier. 3 towers ok... Would have been nice to have been told which tower our room was located in. Also the waits for the elevators were a little ridiculous, however I understand they could have been busy.

The pool, and beach front location were nice.
Check-in took 30 minutes which is excessive when you have already travelled for 3+ hours and just want to get to your room to rest. Limited seating in the room itself outside of the beds.

Room was comfortable,
Elevator was not working, elevator was outside my room and it was open and alarm sound all night, there was no way to get to your room without walking a long way from car, the eating places were not open to get food for breakfast or dinner, had to pay for parking at the hotel, the price was much higher than advertised

We stayed in tower 1 and the pool by our tower was closed all week with no explanation as to why. So I went down to tower 3 pool and it was more crowded due to tower 1 pool being closed. And they were doing some construction down by the open pool as well. Just made it a little inconvenient

Wonderful
We fully enjoyed the beach access and proximity to restaurants and activities. The facility had clean pool facilities with several hot tubs. The room was nice sized and clean. If we were staying longer, would've have utilized the kitchenette. There were many options at the restaurant for breakfast and had a nice view overlooking the ocean.
Check in was a long process.
