Very Poor
location
The front desk clerk at check out time. I requested a print out and was given misinformation. I checked out early and had to wait five to six days later to resolve this matter about early check out. They wanted me to paid for and stay that I was not staying. Other words, they wanted me to paid for and service I didn't receive. Bad customer service from the desk clerk

Poor
Did not have bkft too expensive. Limited coffee in room, had to ask for it, they guarded towels like gold. I would suggest 24 hour coffee in lobby and fresh daily towels. That was most important
