I rebooked here because our first time was great!
Our room was open and not cleaned when we got there. Not sure if our room was forgotten, but didn't bother the staff. Was too tired.

The only issue was the heat unit
it wasnt heating up if anything the AC kept running so thats why they lost a star

I liked the indoor pool and hot tub and the lobby area was a nice place to hang out and watch tv
On multiple occasions we were given old food. My daughter opened up an orange that was completely black on the inside, we bought ice cream out of the market fridge that was freezer burned and clearly old and gross. The yogurt in the glass case at the restaurant was separated. Each time they let us exchange it but nothing was said as far as apologies, trying to compensate for our trouble or anything. I don’t believe this is a case of one bad item or an over look, but I don’t think the management here focuses on keeping their food up to date.
