The property was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the spa bath in the unit. Plenty of amenities in the villa including toiletries and towels.
The villa next to us had a dog that would not stop barking even though pets were prohibited. Our tv didn’t work the first night and ended up having to be replaced.

First, and I think very important, the bed was very comfortable!
We were starting during Thanksgiving week and it was so easy to make this feel like our home away from home.
Close to restaurants and shopping.
All the amenities of home.
I didn’t like the couch - it’s a sofa sleeper but the couch itself was so stiff and not a cozy spot.
That’s really just me being picky because overall I am a fan of this property.

The location was perfect and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The check-in staff was kind, courteous, pleasant to speak with.
There were some minor things that can be easily addressed: The floor laminate in the bathroom had shifted leaving some gaps that water could get under. Not floor mat outside the shower which is a slip hazard and can ruin the floor laminate. Need a desk.

The pool, hot tub, the activities center & the conveniences of shopping and restaurants fit our bill to a T.
The knives were dull, there was no TV Guide and it needed a recliner and/or ottoman.
