I enjoyed the property itself. It had many amenities, several swimming pools. All of them were very nice and not overly crowded. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet at a great price. It was vey easy to get to the beach and the Tiki Bar was very nice.
It was very hard communicating with the staff. Their customer service and attitudes fell short. It just wasn't the best in terms of needs. We had to beg for everything, and they did not offer to clean our rooms.

I liked that cookware and silverware was provided.
A lot of silverware was missing in room 136. This unit needs to be updated from a softer mattress to the bathroom.
