Where it was located and the ease of getting to anything that you wanted. The hot tub was great, very warm and good water pressure at jets
The wrist bands instead of a card to open doors.

Egg and rotten cheese smell in the room once the sink area was used. Took three hours for maintenace to come, Did nothing but run the dish washer cycle.
Ruined dinner experience , stagnant water left in dish washer, made the entire room smell awful. no discount or accomodations offered and denied when requested. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area

The room was located across from the elevators making it Noisy... but the Pools and Saunas were Exceptional the number and locations throughout the property are even more accommodating for Guest this was my 1st visit to Compass Cove but I will return
Elevators stopped working and the Noise due to room location was a bit much, otherwise it was good and also I wasn't able to relocate due to the Noise...this was the worst part of my stay.

The room had mold on the ceiling. We got there the toilet had towels in there. We called front desk to bring more towels and rags and they didn't. We only stayed 1 night. To expensive to pay and mold in the room. Was nervous because didn't want to get sick from the mold.
