The hotel had alot of swimming areas. The submarine area needed fresh paint. Love the parking situation
The closet doors were filthy and our commode flushed sometimes, other times it took 3 or 4 tries to flush. Lots of rust, I know sea air, but there seemed to be more than most places I've stayed. Also we were over the café that had karaoke!! Drunks singing

I enjoyed the outdoor/indoor pools & the kiddie area! The food at the compass restaurant was also great! I had to order the shrimp again the next day they were so good!
The parking. I appreciate the fact that there’s an extra parking garage across the street but I barely wanted to leave the resort in fear of not finding a good parking spot. It was packed but I understand why considering it’s a nice place!

The room is big and very clean. Nice oceanfront view. So many swimming pools, hot tubs and lazy river. Yummy barbecue chicken and shrimp tacos at the craw’s nest. Nice and efficient server I think his name is Zack. The receptionist Marissa is very nice and friendly too.
There’s only 1 bathroom in a one bedroom suite. The parking is all packed right away after 11pm. ? We hv to park at the other opposite bldg., thank GOD we still can still find some spot. All in all, we were satisfied and happy with our room we stayed. The room is cold, air conditioning is great. The bathroom is clean, the condo unit is well maintained. Thank you very much!

The place is ran down. We needed towels all the time. We didn't get breakfast like the lady told me I would. It was loud at night. The place is just older now.

I paid $1200 for a 4 day vacation in one of their King Suites Oceanfront and it had roaches in the kitchen. I would turn on the light and there would be A LOT of them. I went to the front desk to complain and was told maintenence was going to come and they NEVER did. I pray I didn't bring any roaches home with me in my luggage!

I liked how close it was to the beach and the amenities.
I didn’t like that the couch bed was extremely thin and really not useable. There was also a stain on the pillow case. The other thing that I didn’t like was that I called before our stay about the beach project going on to ask if it would be right in front of our hotel during the stay. They said no. Needless to say the next day it was right in front of the property.

Liked the pools and all the activities at the property.
Wish you could get more than too parking passes. We had a 3 room condo. 3 different families and each had a vehicle and one family had to pay street parking every day/ night

The pools were dirty your room never gets cleaned and the staff is rude and un inviting. We have been coming there for 6 years and will never return again after the way we were treated by security and staff at the crows nest.

I liked the pools.
We had a problem with a leaking toilet the day we got there. We had to walk in water to use the restroom. It was the next day before they fixed it. We called when we got there and a worker told me he was clocking out it would be the next day. I asked to be moved and 3 o clock the next day with a toilet setting in the kitchen they agreed to let us move. We were without a toilet from 8 that morning until we moved.

The property itself was upgraded. Beautiful landscaping.
My room was not cleaned at all. Fruit flies were everywhere. Mirrors dirty. Floors not mopped. Most disgusting thing I’ve experienced in hospitality.
