I liked the room layout
The smelly bathroom smelling of used cat litter. They sprayed deodorizer but did nothing else but tell me pets are not allowed.
Definitely old cat litter.

We’ve been staying at Regency towers for the past 8 years and have always booked a 2 bedroom unit and loved the view from the master bedroom. Something about waking up every morning to that view… anyway, we booked a 3 bedroom this year and although we loved the extra bedroom, we missed that view. I don’t know which we’re booking next year!!!
The weather didn’t cooperate but that’s the chance you take booking during hurricane season

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We especially liked and were surprised by the large floor to ceiling windows that allowed us to look out at the beach from the master bedroom as well as the large balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms were all upgraded as well
Would've liked the water pressure for the shower in the master bedroom to be a little stronger but not a big deal

The washing of buildings and was not notified cars was covered in white suds including mind but they did clean them and gave free car wash to have them wash at a drive through car wash station

All rooms being ocean front. The size of our room was very nice and spacious, much larger than I had expected which was a plus.
It would be nice if there was at least a bar and cafe but no complains really
