The view from our room was nice, the room was clean and housekeeping cleans daily.
It was noisy, the walls are thin.

The lobby area was nice and I liked that there was plenty of seating. I sat by the windows overlooking the canal and read, while I waited for the rest of my group to be ready to check out.
The room and the bathroom were updated.
I loved the coffee bar and liked that there was a bar in the hotel, although I didn't have the opportunity to go since it was a short stay for us.
There was trash on the floor in front of the check-in desk both when I checked in and when I checked out. When I checked in it wasn't busy at all, so the front desk staff could easily have taken the time to sweep the area that welcomes guests.
The walls in my room were a little dirty.
I didn't love the sliding bathroom door; although it locked, it didn't feel very private - I felt like the rest of the people in my room could hear me in the bathroom.

Convenient to shops and attractions
The pool was cold and a bit unkempt…
The Spanish lady that checked us in had a bit of a snippy attitude and was short.

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The bar was lovely and and they even had board games for you to play in the lobby. The boats passing by was an added attraction. This was my first time staying at this location but I will gladly be returning.
The side of the building my room was located on. Could not see the boats from my room.

The beds were comfortable. The location was nice
The gym and pool area were very dirty. People were smoking marijuana on our floor but nothing was done about it. My bathroom door would not shut all the way and there are only 3 small drawers for any stuff.

There was this guest talking in the hallways very loudly n rude. It was about 10 at night. It lasted at least an hour. We could hear in our room even with our door closed. We told the staff at front desk about her. I was too tired n fell asleep so not sure if anyone took care of the problem.
