I liked the cooler - fridge and the many outlets- the area outside near the pool area was great for relaxing - nice view of the river- Upon check in the staffing was awesome-
we did have a lot of ants in the room - We contacted the team for them to come and spray but they never did. I would have loved to see that service request filled.

The water way
I don't like that u have not received my security deposit returned to my debit card. It's almost a month since I checked out and I keep calling the front desk and I'm being lied to. I would never come back to this hotel nor any SHERATON HOTELS

It was a disgusting experience, at first the guy at the reception didn't want to give us breakfast even though we paid for the room with free breakfast. The guy at the reception insisted that this does not happen. even though we showed him our reservation, where it was written that breakfast was included. I felt like a beggar. During the day, all day long, boats rustle under the window, because there was a boat rental right under our windows. in the evening a concert began in a nearby pub, the speakers were screaming very loudly, we were in a room with the windows closed and we had to raise our voices to hear each other, the bass hit our ears so much that my child and I had a headache. It was unbearable. The woman at the reception told us that this always happens on weekends, but they did not warn us when we checked in and refused to change the room to another one, on the other side of the building, where it was quiet. Despite the fact that the hotel had rooms available. She told us that she needed to have rooms available just in case. We paid $350 per night and had a terrible experience
