The hotel and room smelled old. The pictures online looked different than in person.
We couldn’t access Netflix on the tv or really enjoy the amenities. It wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Our room was clean and the AC worked great.
Open ceiling tiles in hallway with pipes exposed. Light bulbs burnt out in bathroom. Bed was nothing but springs. Pool water looked filthy. AND A LOT of extracurricular activity in the parking lot, often.

Friendly staff
No noise management for loud guest. We were on the first floor close to reception and had several bouts of loud guest and dogs barking from the hours of 10pm-4am. Breakfast was lacking, only had waffles, muffins and bagels.

I did not like the property.
A complaint was made which resulted in my having to check out a day ever because I didn’t feel comfortable for my family to stay. It took two days for the manager to reach out because I was told he didn’t work on weekends, and instead of him calling me to apologize about the incident; I had to call him. Upon speaking to him he just told me he had already issued a refund for one day and it would be in my account in a couple of days. No apology or sympathy at all. Not to mention each time booking tried to contact hotel they wouldn’t respond. I never like to discredit a business but I would never recommend this place to anyone. I pray they learn some customer service and get pest control soon.

Nothing really..
The pool was DISGUSTING. No filtering and stagnant (we didn't get into it). One of the beds emitted an awful sound with every movement!! We didn't get hardly any sleep. The bathtub had no stopper plug for my child. The shower bar was broken and the shower curtain bunched up in the middle. I had to clean some nasty off of the floor. After 10 pm there was a constant knocking workout ceasing. Not too mention chipped and peeling paint in the bathroom. A missing ceiling panel in the hallway and a rickety elevator. The receptionist was on the phone the whole time. She broke for a moment to speak a few words to me, then went right back to her conversation. I highly discourage anyone from wasting over 100 dollars for this hotel...
