The pool area
No hot water. Treated you like you was 12. Locked all gates to beach access and stairs to rooms. Could only use elevator after 11 pm. Housekeeping never had trash bags when ask for one. Call to get blankets 2. Went to front desk to get them and was told they would bring them up. After another 60 minutes called front desk and was told we could come to front desk and get them. Blonde girl at front desk at check in was rude and acted like she hated her job. Then went back to front desk to ask a question about parking again and answer with attitude. Will never stay there again.

I really enjoyed the pools a show there were different options to choose from. I also liked how close to the beach the locations were.
I didn’t like that the pictures did not match the rooms at all! There was a roach climbing our wall. The hallways smelled so bad. You can tell the building is very old.

I did enjoy the pool area and the tiki bar outside.
We were provided dish soap but no sponges to clean dishes. The pans provided were awful and easily burnt and food stuck on easily. We also did not have many utensils. We did ask for a spatula and were told it would be brought to us and never was.

Pleasant
The location of the room was perfect, I would pick this hotel and room over and over again just for its location.
The room was advertised as a double queen, but the beds were only full sized. The actual walls themselves were coming apart in some corners and the paint was peeling. The hallway smelled like mold/mildew and the elevator messed up a couple of times. I believe this building is the older one on the property.

Wonderful
The view was beautiful! Room was spacious! Love having a coffee pot, stove, microwave and refrigerator.
The sheets wasn’t comfortable. Need to sweep the floors a little better.

The location was perfect. The resort was perfect for the kids with all the pools, water slide and arcade.
The beds in our room were very uncomfortable.

Parking could get a little tricky with the traffic from the restaurant and guests sharing spots

Disappointing
Right on the beach. Multiple pools, newly renovated rooms were nice. Great location.
The management staff was the worst I’ve seen. Housekeeping and reception were great but the supervisor and manager on site were absolutely unhelpful with horrible customer service and there is not a manager onsite daily so if you have an issue you may be waiting 2-3 days before it’s addressed at all.
