The only thing that was great about our stay was being OUT of the room and the direct access for the outdoor pool and hot tub
Cleanliness was not what it should had been. Called the front desk several times for trash bags and new towels because they never “automatically came” — and we never received the needed items. The location of “The Chelsea House” is across from the resort, not crazy about the traffic that is there. Was very uncomfortable. I will not be booking this “resort” ever again!

Conveniently close to a lot of attractions in the city. Emplyees had amazing customer service. The daybwe were coming back home there were many families leaving, so glad they had some employees outside getting the traffic cleared.
I dont have any complaints. Id only recommend to add another ice machine

Love the view, the friendly staff, and convenient location
No hot water, hot tub was broken, 2nd hot tub cold and very dirty, roaches seen in more than one area

Cleaning staff was great made sure we had fresh towels etc.
Too congested. I could not back out of the parking lot because people were parked along side of the building. 50 glasses but not 1 frying pan in the kitchen. If guess are staying for a week we need more cookware. One remote wasn’t working, lamp on my side of the bed would not work properly. Family room tv… was not a smart TV so all we could watch was local and cable? No control over the loading zone ….
