I loved the beach access. I did not use the pools. I appreciate you giving me a room on the first floor. The parking was good. The noise level was tolerable.
I didn't like the fact that the vending machine did not work. There was no broom. We didn't get towels for our 2nd night. Housekeeping never picked up towels.

The water slide
The room smelled terrible, and it was dark. Not only that, but the room that was advertised was not the one we stayed in. The breakfast was not free, and the sheets were so thin that we had to buy comforters. They also ran out of tissue, and we were there for three nights and four days. To top it off, when we checked in, there was almost an hour wait time because the system was down. I asked for a later checking out, but it was denied. I will never book at this hotel again.

That it was recently renovated
That I couldn’t even sit outside without smelling smoke or someone smoking pot. The ice machines don’t work on any level. The laundry room was out of service. No hooks to hang towels anywhere. The bedding was dirty.

The hotel was in a convenient spot.
I booked at this hotel because on the website it says that the rooms are totally renovated. We stayed in the Dominican building on the 11th floor. Our room has not been renovated since the 80s the furniture and carpet were old. The beds were hard. The pullout couch was very uncomfortable. The TV in the living room did not work for two days until we figured it out the toilet ran the whole time we were there. I was disappointed.
