Front Desk was nice
That the room wasn’t cleaned properly and that we asked for it to be cleaned they said they would but no one came, they don’t tell you about how the shower works it’s different from other hotels so we had to wait till morning to know if it was broken or not and one of the light switches didn’t work.

I loved how close it was to the beach. The pool area was nice and clean.
They advertised a coffee shop and bar by the pool. Both were closed and looked like they had been closed for a long time. The room next to us had a water leak and it came in our room. We were without one of the bedrooms for multiple nights and compensation was given.

Onsite free parking was great to have. Location to nearby restaurants and stores.
Lack of communication between front desk and check in requests. Photos shared on booking which did not match actual room. Room received was outdated and not renovated per the pictures. Description had original shown two full beds but upon arrival twins were in the room. Had planned for extra room in beds for kids safety from falling off.

View was awesome. All the beds were comfortable and fit our family of 7 good. Everything was walking distance
We didn't have towels, soap or anything to start out with. The washer was full of dirty towels. Closet in king room had a huge hole in it.

The staff was nice and the place, other than the inside of the dishwasher that stunk like spoiled milk and the dryer was full of sand.
This is a timeshare resort that let's their members treat booking like Airbnb so unless you want to spend your vacation with people that think they are more important that they are, I suggest going somewhere else

The location was good.
Parking deck was to low for our truck to get in, having to park actors the street, no luggage buggies, had to carry everything to our room.
