It was a wonderful scene from the beach and very Quiet.
When we got there it wasn't any power and Only had hot water 1 morning so that made us very uncomfortable.

I booked on line -- when I arrived i checked in on at office -- staff told me they gave Nothing to do with check in or out since I booked outside there office ???? Something needs to change with there attitude !! Im still a guest ?????

The property was really clean and very comfortable bed. Provided with plenty of towels and wash cloths.
The registration check in person was not nice. He wanted to charge us $371 and a $150 deposit without looking it up and laughing at us. We got the same room there for under $200. I was very disappointed with the customer service.

They don't offer breakfast at the Camelot location. The location from the Starbucks and family Kingdom was great.
I don't like the fact that they are owned by 5 or more different companies Don't like that we had to buy towels and wash rags and toilet paper after we ran out and my kid or my grandma couldn't enjoy the view on the bachy because we were to far up so I asked to be moved but they said no and didn't give me a reason why because they had vacay/room available all week. Mattress had bug egg spots, mole spots , yellow stains the sleeper sofa was broken. Then there was no phone in room to call the front desk. Up had to Google the number to get someone. I was every disappointed after I been come there for the last 5 years two times a yr and I get like.

It was in the perfect spot for all the things that my family and I want to go to.
We arrived in Myrtle Beach a few hours before I check in we decided to hang at the beach until the room was ready at 4pm we went into the room at 4:30 the room was in shambles from previous guests bedding pulled back which seemed as an attempt by house keeping, dirty towels left, food on the floor, food and drinks in the refrigerator, in the living room sleep sofa still out from previous guest. The bathroom followed suit with the remaining of the room, disgusting. A total disappointment and inconvenience I came with 3 little kids I called and spoke with the call center agent since there is no front desk she stated she would give me a call back regarding a resolution maybe 10-15 minutes a contracted cleaning service came and let us know it would be an hour until the room was ready moments after the owner gave me a call asking “ do you want to take an early dinner and save the receipt?” ABSOLUTELY NOT I requested a percentage off the room which he stated he could only do 50% we agreed upon that, a week later I called for update on the refund Agent Williams was lost on reasoning for refund after giving the complete spill some how all the notes and pictures was found. After wasting time on the call with him he said he did see where communication was mad regarding the refund but they don’t handle the refund provided number to call to check status of refund was never able to speak with anyone.

It was clean for the most part. Not enough trash bags in kitchen. Floors needed vacuuming. Everything else was top notch.

I couldnt set on my balcony cause 1001 was selling drugs and smoking on balcony Both nights couldn't set on mine.it was scary and I fear going in and out because its takes time to put the code in..so I will never use Camelot by the Sea again. Bad business!
