The location and amenities were great. We were close to a lot of places we wanted to go. The kids really enjoyed the indoor water features, especially since the weather was a little cooler than normal at that time. It was also great to have a kitchenette with full size appliances. It allowed us to cook breakfast each morning and have the refrigerator for our cold food and drinks.
The cleaning regiment. We had to continuously request towels and our trash was not emptied for 2 days. I bought trash bags for us to use. That was unacceptable.

Prime location to everything, incredible views, very comfortable and the room was HUGE for such a cheap price. With the cheap price we were concerned it may not be very clean but it was spotless and up to date. The staff was so friendly anywhere we went. The amenities were also incredible!

Ocean blv.
Your website put me in the worst little building that the Breakers had to offer across the street front there really nice hotels. Sink that did not want to drain. Refrigerator that half worked .Rust on the door hinges. And an old motel smell. I will never book through here again if you guys keep putting me in the bottom shelf resorts.

Location was great! Amenities were good.
Check in was ridiculous. Only two people checking in customers and mind you this was spring break weekend for a lot of folks . One of them told me and others that they could park across the street in a gravel lot. This resulted in several of us being towed. One customer was blocked in for over 30 minutes due to those checking in and then unloading and leaving vehicles unattended in registration parking area. Lastly. the murphy bed had blood spots on the sheets and there was a can of deodorant under the front end of the sofa.

I checked in on a Thursday and out on Sunday and housekeeping DIDN'T bring me anymore towels. I asked the young man to give me some more and he said okay but never received them.
