Everything was quite lovely upon arrival and, this decided to continue our stay. Very clean and remarkable view, including the grounds. Additionally, all the expected essentials; the sizeable Room’s television, sheets, and bed itself were, both, plentiful, larger than average and appeared to be of newer quality.

Unfortunately, we suspect that on or around Saturday, January 24th, 2026, during the hotel’s breakfast hours, likely between 08:00 am and 09:00 am, our room was unoccupied. I experienced the theft of our brand new iPad Pro Max, which was charging from the wall outlet. There were some unusual noises that were immediately reported to Rose, the receptionist on duty several hours before the actual theft. Tragically, she dismissed our concerns but did confirm the following: My room (#310) was directly facing the single elevator in the floor. I can only speculate that since the room was near that high-traffic area, it was targeted at some point. Fortunately, it appears that hotel security has a well-positioned PTZ camera that is directly within view of both my room and the elevators themselves. This gives me some hope that some historical footage from this morning’s activity around my room might be conveniently reviewed and shed light on the perpetrators responsible, allowing us to report this theft to law enforcement. This unfortunate event in no way impacts the hotel’s pleasantries or suggests any liability. It’s generally understood that when people commit such acts, they are held accountable. With a family trip in the path of a severe snowstorm, we will follow up with the hotel manager within the next 24 hours. The other staff members all seemed quite helpful, and I’m quite confident that this incident will at least prevent something similar from happening again and may even lead to an arrest.

The sink wouldn’t drain, the beds and pillows are not comfortable, breakfast selections aren’t great and the water pressure was awful
