We liked that our room had plenty of room and it was in the newer building oceanfront Parking was plentiful and there was a Walmart Pantry one block away
It not being Spring Break and Prom. We too old old for that crowd and shenanigans.

Location was nice
Loud obnoxious group of adult males making a ruckus in the courtyard at 7am. Also, dirty floors in the room, I had “grocery store feet” from walking barefoot in the room.

Indoor pool water ice cold. Bathroom door getting stuck, pillows were too soft ,went flat and it made the bed uncomfortable, curtains did cover there windows completely or patio door, elevator was scary and very slow.

Walking distance to beach access
Rooms have odor to urine. Staff was bothered when brought to attention. Guests were loud. Beds were smaller than advertised. Pool was dirty.

The cleaning staff was great, if I needed something they were right on it. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was very spacious with stove and fridge. Water pressure great.
The floors are really outdated and not clean in the crevices. The floors just seemed dirty.
