Me and a dear friend came down for CCMF and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and quiet at night except for a little occasional motorcycle that came by because we were in the front of the hotel closest to the road.
The only thing I really didn’t like was the fact that we were on the 4th floor and to get to the ice machine we had to go all the way down to the 1st floor and go through the pool area to get to it and the parking wasn’t very good. It was hard to maneuver my truck through it because it is a very tight opening

Staff were nice and the beach is right there.
Broken glass on the towel shelves, broken glass in the bathroom sink drain, a punch hole in the 2nd bedroom door. The room was overall pretty dingy. I would expect to pay $50, $60 max for a room in this state.
